Last week, news broke out that vivo Y33s will launch in India today (August 23). As expected, the handset is now official in the country. Let’s take a look at what it has to offer along with its price and availability.

vivo Y33s Specifications and Features
The newly launched vivo Y33s sports a plastic build with a flat frame. The handset measures 164.26 x 76.08 x 8mm in dimensions and weighs 182g. It comes in two colors, namely Midday Dream and Mirror Black.
The device flaunts a 6.58-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels (FHD+) and a dewdrop notch. The display has a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and covers 96% of the NTSC color gamut.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 1TB via MicroSD card). It runs Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 with support for 4GB extended RAM.
As far as optics are concerned, the smartphone houses a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Whereas, on the front, it has a 16MP snapper.

On the connectivity front, the handset supports dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO), NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also comes with all the essential sensors like a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, proximity sensor, and gyroscope
Last but not least, the vivo Y33s is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
vivo Y33s Price and Availability in India
The vivo Y33s is priced at ₹17,990 in India. It is already up for sale on vivo’s official website, Amazon India, Flipkart, Paytm, and Tata Cliq. The smartphone can be also purchased from offline retail stores across the country.
