Huawei recently unveiled the Watch Fit New in China with impressive features like blood oxygen monitoring, NFC payments, and up to 97 sports modes. Now, the Huawei Watch Fit New seems to be heading to Europe as a popular tipster has shared an explicit launch date of its European arrival.

According to Roland Quandt, the Huawei Watch Fit New will launch next month in Europe. The tipster reveals that it may launch on October 18 featuring the NFC feature. Well, to give the tip some weight, Huawei has already created a landing page for the smartwatch on its Germany portal.

Furthermore, the tipster suggests that the smartwatch will cost EUR 129. If this is to be believed then it will be similar to the Chinese pricing of CNY 799(~$124). In China, it has four colour variants namely Obsidian Black, Grapefruit Red, Island Blue, and Pink Cherry. We expect these colour options to also arrive in European markets.

The Huawei Watch Fit New is a successor to the last year’s Watch Fit and it comes with more sports modes. The Watch Fit New has a 1.64-inch AMOLED display with a 280 x 456 pixels resolution. It has 300 watch faces and 97 sports modes. The new addition to the existing sports modes is the Jump rope counter.

It has a 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring sensor, stress monitoring sensor, and has menstrual tracking. The smartwatch supports the NFC payments feature and gets call and SMS alerts.
