A new report from a known tipster has revealed that the Vivo S12 series could be arriving next month. The lineup might be announced in December, which would also have it launch around the same time as the Oppo Reno7 series.
The news arrives from tipster @Arsenal on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). Arsenal claims that both the Reno7 series and the S12 series will be released around the same time. The tipster further added that Oppo on flat displays for its smartphones while Vivo is more inclined towards curved screens. Reportedly, the S12 Pro from the Chinese smartphone maker would even sport a curved display, which is also in line with our previous reports.
The tipster also stated that the primary camera on the Vivo S12 Pro will be a 50 megapixel camera. Apart from this, no finer details were shared like specifications or exact launch date were shared. But looking at our previous reports, it is rumored that the curved display on the S12 Pro is manufactured by BOE. Additionally, the tipster had also previously revealed that the Pro variant will be available in three color options while the base model will launch in just one variant. Keep in mind that this is still just an unconfirmed report so take it with a pinch of salt for now and stay tuned for more updates.
