Yesterday, we reported on OPPO recruiting ColorOS 12 beta testers for OPPO Reno5 Pro and OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G. It appears the company even opened beta registrations for two more phones, namely OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G and OPPO Reno6 Z 5G, at around the same time.

The Android 12-based ColorOS 12 beta program for the above-mentioned four smartphones was supposed to start only today (December 10). However, OPPO kickstarted the initiative ahead of the stipulated schedule.

The registrations opened for the 4G and the 5G variants of Reno5 on December 8. Whereas, the beta program for F19 Pro+ 5G and Reno6 Z 5G kicked off on December 9.

According to the official announcement posts on OPPO Community, any user running the below-mentioned firmware builds in the listed regions can enroll in the Android 12 beta initiative.

For each region and device, OPPO is recruiting only 5,000 testers. Hence, interested users are advised to register as soon as possible.

In order to join the beta program, applicants will have to go through Settings > Software Update > Gear Icon > Apply for Beta Version > Update Beta Version and follow on-screen instructions.

Participants will receive the beta software build via OTA within 3 days from the day of getting selected. Having said that, the stable update rollout may happen as early as next month.
