Oppo unveiled the Find X5 Pro was unveiled in China back in February 2022 and it is the latest flagship offering from the Chinese company. It has an impressive cooling mechanism but Oppo has added a lightweight Ice-Skin cooling case for the model. The Ice-Skin cooling case for the Find X5 Pro will further reduce heating by up to 3 degrees Celsius in the premium smartphone.
The Oppo Find X5 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and it has an advanced cooling system. The new Ice-Skin cooling case however sports a revolutionary technology based on the Glacier-Mat hydrogel layer. The hydrogel layer in the cooling case reabsorbs moisture from the air consistently to create a circular cooling system. The technology was developed by researchers at Wuhan University.
The Ice-Skin cooling case of the Find X5 Pro is slim and lightweight, making it seamlessly fit with the smartphone without feeling the additional weight. It is similar to a regular protective case for the smartphone. The Ice-Skin cooling case is part of the package for customers who pre-ordered the Find X5 Pro in China. There are no details yet on the global availability of the Find X5 Pro and the Ice-Skin cooling case.
