Samsung Galaxy A04s launch seems near as the phone has now apparently received Wi-Fi Alliance certification. The listed smartphone is a successor to the Galaxy A03s launched last year. Previously, the handset has also been spotted on the Geekbench website which revealed it will be powered by an octa-core Exynos 850 SoC paired with 3GB RAM.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, Samsung Galaxy A04s have been spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance certification site with model number SM-A045F/DS. The listing suggests that the smartphone will run Android 12 out of the box. It will likely have OneUI skin on top.

Additionally, the listing also reveals that the handset will support dual-band Wi-Fi 一 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The Wi-Fi connectivity options includes Wi-Fi ac/n/a/b/g. The DS at the end of the model number suggests that the particular variant may come with dual SIM support.

Last week, the Samsung Galaxy A04s was also spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking site which revealed that the smartphone may come equipped with an octa-core Exynos 850 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. The listing also revealed that the smartphone will have ARM Mali-G52 MP1 GPU. The Samsung Galaxy A04s scored 152 points in single-core tests and 585 points in multi-core tests.

The Smartphone also leaked in renders a while back which showed a redesigned camera island on the back and the same V-shaped notch on the front as its predecessor. Based on rumors, Galaxy A04s should bring a 6.5” HD+ LCD (60 Hz) and a 5,000mAh battery.
