The earbuds will debut with an in-ear design similar to the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and will feature a charging case that looks similar to the AirPods Pro.

It will likely have 6mm drivers for clear and balanced audio output, but will also pack a punch in the bass department. It will use Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity offering a maximum range of 10 meters.

Other than that, the earbuds will have features like environmental noise cancellation, snappy touch controls, and IP54 dust and splash resistance. Coming to the battery, the earbuds are likely to last around 5 hours on a single charge, while the company claims a total battery life of around 18 hours when paired with the charging case. Speaking of the charging, the device will use a USB-C port for charging the earbuds and will offer fast charging support that promises 100 minutes of playback with 10 minutes of charge.

At launch, the Redmi Buds Youth edition was priced at ¥99 ($15) or ₹1,196 in China, so the Redmi Buds 3 Lite is also expected to arrive with an affordable price tag in India.
