Later today, Motorola will be launching the Moto G62 5G mid-range phone in India. Ahead of the launch, tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked the price of the G62. The leak suggests that the phone may be positioned between the Moto G71 5G, which is priced at Rs 15,999 (~$202), and the Moto G82 5G, which costs Rs 21,499 (~$271).
According to the tipster, the Moto G62 5G will arrive in two variants, such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. These devices will be priced at Rs 17,999 (~$227) and Rs 19,999 (~$252), respectively. After launch, it will be available for purchase through Flipkart. It will come in Midnight Grey and Frosted Blue colors.
The Moto G62 5G featuring the Snapdragon 480 Plus is already available in Europe. However, the G62 heading to India has the Snapdragon 695. For the unversed, the G71 and G82 also feature the SD695 SoC. Here is all that is known about the G62 5G.

The Moto G62 5G will feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design. It will offer an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will run on the Android 12 OS and MyUI custom skin, which will offer a near-stock Android experience. For security, it will feature a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, it will feature the Snapdragon 695 SoC, 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery. It will come with 128 GB of internal storage. The device will have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (depth) triple camera unit.
