Yesterday, reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) collaborated with SmartPrix and Digit India to release the CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23 Plus. Now, the tipster has teamed up with SmartPrix again, this time to share the CAD renders of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The new images show that the S23 Ultra will disappoint people who were expecting a major change in the design.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra renders
The Galaxy S23 Ultra renders that its appearance is almost identical to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. So, what’s changed? The two smaller camera rings do not have any protrusions. The display has less curvature as compared to the S22 Ultra because its metal frame is slightly flat on both sides.
Also, it appears that the bottom edge of the Galaxy S23 Ultra has an additional microphone. It seems that the display has symmetrical and ultra-thin bezels. Apart from these changes, the S23 Ultra looks quite identical to the S22 Ultra.
A volume rocker along with a power button can be found on the right edge of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Its bottom features an S Pen compartment, a speaker grille, a pair of microphones, a USB-C port, and a SIM card slot. On the top, there is a microphone, while on the left side is plain.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.8mm, while its predecessor has 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9mm dimensions. Like its predecessor, the S23 Ultra will also feature a 6.8-inch display.
Rumors are rife that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will come with a 200-megapixel main camera and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It is speculated that it will borrow its other specifications from the S22 Ultra.
