Apple recently unveiled the flagship iPhone 14 lineup of smartphones, and now the rumors about the next-generation iPhone SE, which will be the fourth version in the series, have started surfacing online.
In the latest development, Ross Young of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) has revealed what the upcoming iPhone SE model would feature in terms of display.

According to Ross Young, the Apple iPhone SE 4 will come with a 6.1-inch LCD display and will have a notch on top of the screen. He says that he has revised his expectations from what he previously suggested.
Earlier, he indicated that the next-generation iPhone SE could come with a display between 5.7-inch and 6.1-inch and feature a punch-hole cutout on top of the screen for the front-facing camera sensors.
It is not yet known if the notch of the upcoming iPhone SE will contain TrueDepth camera array for Face ID feature similar to what other models in the lineup offer. There are some reports which indicate that Apple will stick with the Touch ID for SE model and not offer the Face ID feature.
There are also several reports which suggest that Apple is planning to add Touch ID Side button to the next-generation iPhone SE as there will not be much space on the front side of the device for a capacitive Touch ID Home button.
Since Apple has used design of the older iPhone models for the SE series phones, it appears that the iPhone SE 4 will be similar to the iPhone X in terms of design, which was launched around in five years ago.
