iQOO’s next smartphone for the Chinese market is the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition. Since the past week, the company has been confirming the key features of the smartphone. Today, the company revealed the RAM and storage capacity of the phone. In addition, it also confirmed its primary camera.

The other poster confirms that the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition will have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It appears that apart from the 16GB+512GB variant, the Neo 7 Racing Edition will be available in other configurations. The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition’s specifications have already been revealed through its TENAA certification. It will arrive with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner.

On the front, the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition may feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The 50-megapixel main camera on the back may offer OIS (optical image stabilization). It will be coupled with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras.

Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition will have the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 mobile platform. As per its TENAA listing, the device will also be available in 8 GB and 12 GB RAM variants and 128 GB and 256 GB storage options. It will house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition is scheduled to debut on Dec. 29 in China. Until then, the company is expected to confirm some more information about the device.
