Last week, Motorola unveiled the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Viva Magenta Limited Edition in India. It arrived in the country a month after it was made available in the US. Today (Jan. 12), the special edition will be available for purchase for the first time through Flipkart.
To recall, the Edge 30 Fusion was announced in September 2022 in India. It has been available in shades like Cosmic Grey and Solar Gold. However, it will be available on Flipkart starting at 3 pm today in the appealing Viva Magenta color.
To those who don’t know, Viva Magenta is Pantone’s colour of the year 2023. The new limited-edition color variant of the Edge 30 Fusion features vegan leather on its back with a Pantone logo. It retains the polished, sandblasted aluminium frame with a 3D glass inlay. The overall design of the phone is identical to its regular version.

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Viva Magenta Limited Edition costs Rs 42,999 (~$527). With an instant discount of Rs 3,500 via IndusInd Bank credit card EMI transactions, the handset can be bought for Rs 39,999 (~$490). In addition, buyers will also get benefits worth Rs 7,699 from Jio. Apart from Flipkart, it can also be purchased through leading retail stores.

The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Viva Magenta Limited Edition packs the same specs as its regular version. It has a 6.55-inch p-OLED curved-edge display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset, 8 GB of RAM, and a 4,270mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.
The Edge 30 Fusion comes preloaded with Android 12 OS. It has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a triple camera unit with 50-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (depth) on the back. For security, it has an under-display fingerprint scanner.
