Lava recently introduced the Agni 2 5G, a highly anticipated smartphone in India that has sparked renewed interest in the brand. The device gained such popularity that it quickly sold out after its official launch. Now, Lava has revealed the upcoming sale date for the Agni 2 5G, allowing interested customers another opportunity to purchase the device.

The next sale of the Lava Agni 2 5G is scheduled to commence on the 7th of June, 2023 from 12PM onwards via Amazon India. This will be the third time the device will go on sale since its debut, meaning that the retailers have already run out of available stock on two previous occasions. The smartphone has a price tag of Rs 21,999 for the sole 8GB + 256GB memory configuration.

The device boasts a curved, centered punch-hole screen measuring 6.78 inches with FHD+ resolution. It supports a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz and integrates a fingerprint sensor beneath the display. With a slim bottom bezel of 2.37mm and curved sides, the display achieves an impressive 93.65% screen-to-body ratio.

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, accompanied by LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. To ensure efficient thermal management, the phone incorporates a vapor chamber cooling system.

The Agni 2 5G features a quad-camera setup on the rear, led by a 50MP primary sensor with a 1µm pixel size. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro snapper, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP front-facing camera. The device runs on Android 13 out of the box, with guaranteed updates to Android 14 and 15, along with three years of quarterly security updates.

With a 4,700mAh battery, the device supports 66W fast charging and comes bundled with the required charger in the box.
