Vivo is preparing to launch its latest smartphone series, the Vivo V29 series, which is expected to include the Vivo V29 5G and Vivo V29 Pro models. The Vivo V29 Lite has already been released, and now the V29 5G has been spotted on both the NBTC and SIRIM certification websites, indicating an imminent market launch. Additionally, the Vivo V29 has received certifications from other platforms such as IMDA (Singapore), EEC (Europe), GCF, and Bluetooth SIG, suggesting a wide availability across multiple markets.

According to a Geekbench listing, the Vivo V29 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset and will come with Android 13 out of the box. It will feature 8GB of RAM, Bluetooth version 5.2, and support for 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

The Vivo V29 Pro, as revealed on the official Philippines website, will boast a 6.7-inch curved OLED display. On the rear side, it will sport a 64MP triple camera setup, while the front will house a 50MP selfie camera. Users can expect a sizable 5,000mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging. The device will offer RAM options of up to 12GB and internal storage of up to 256GB. Despite the listing on the official website, the exact release date for the Vivo V29 Pro has not been disclosed yet. Recent indicators hint at the possibility that the company might introduce these new smartphones in July.
