The Korean giant officially unwrapped the OneUI 6.0 a couple of weeks ago bundling some exciting enhancements and features. The OneUI 6.0 Beta program is now live for the last year’s flagship Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Galaxy S22 Series is also in pursuit of soon receiving support for the OneUI 6.0 beta program. However, the actual date is not yet unveiled, but a dedicated section for OneUI 6.0 is spotted on the Samsung Community Forums in India and the UK.

As per records, the Galaxy S22 is expected to receive the latest OneUI support within a month. A similar pattern on Samsung Community forums was followed before publishing the first beta build for the Galaxy S23. It is highly likely that Galaxy S22 users would get the update within a couple of weeks to a month from now.

The update is expected to initially go live in South Korea, the US, the UK, India, Poland, China, and Germany.

OneUI 6.0 Features

Samsung bundled OneUI 6.0 with some exciting changes along with the Android 14 features. The new Quick Panel changes are quite noticeable, features for the Dynamic Lock Screen make things more creative, and the new notification layout this like the icing on the cake. The additional feature to sort notifications by time is another useful enhancement.

Other changes include a new default font, Simplified Home Icon labels, and much more. There are major security and performance improvements alongside the visual treats on the OneUI 6.0
