Back at CES 2023, Samsung unveiled the Odyssey Neo G9 57-inch 8K ultrawide gaming monitor which went on sale in Europe last week. Now, the pricing & launch timeline for the US market has been confirmed.

The new Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 G95NC has an MSRP of $2499.99 in the US. It will hit market shelves in October, and will also be available to buy through Samsung.com.
The monitor is already up for pre-order in the EU and UK where it costs €2,499 and £2,199, respectively.

The curved gaming monitor boasts an expansive 57-inch display with 1000R curvature. Its IPS Mini LED panel can reach a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. This screen offers a remarkable 7,680 x 2,160 resolution, equivalent to 8K resolution with a pixel density of 140 PPI, and an impressive 240Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it carries the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification.
The Neo G9 offers a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and a rapid 1ms response time. Its ultra-wide screen features a 32:9 aspect ratio and supports DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity, ensuring lossless Display Stream Compression. Furthermore, this gaming monitor offers support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.
