Huawei is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Huawei Tablets. On the occasion, the company unveiled that it has shipped more than 100 million tablet units in the last 10 years. Along with the celebration, Huawei once again confirmed the launch of Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 inch on September 25. It is expected to be the most powerful tablet from Huawei.

The new tablet will launch alongside the Mate 60 Series in China. It is expected to bundle some exciting features including a dual-camera setup along with 3D ToF-like components for 3D recognition. It will likely house Kirin 9000s chipset which sits on Mate 60 Pro, as confirmed via benchmarks. Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 will have ultra-narrow bezels and will offer the best screen-to-body ratio.

The tablet is set to bundle StarLight connection technology which is a new wireless technology that is 60% more battery efficient and offers 6x better speeds than present wireless technologies. A new stylus will be part of the new package offering low latency Starlight Connection and better writing experience.

In addition to the tablets, Huawei also shared some stats about its Mate series which has crossed 100 million sales. To further enhance its sales, Huawei is set to launch the Mate 60 series on September 25. However, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro has already launched and is even retailing via the official stores.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro features a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with having 120Hz refresh rate and 1212 x 2616 pixels resolution. The smartphone bundles Kirin 9000s SoC and Maleoon 910 GPU. There are three different sensors on the rear including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 48MP periscope lens with OUS, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. There’s a 13MP sensor on the front for selfies along with a TOF 3D sensor. It offers 88W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.
