Gogoro, a leading figure in the electric mobility sector, is once again pushing the boundaries. Renowned for its pioneering stance on e-mobility, both in products and infrastructure, this Taiwanese brand has now unveiled the CrossOver. This isn’t just any scooter – it’s hailed as the brand’s first “two-wheel SUV”.

The scooter also has an all-terrain chassis and 14.2 cm of ground clearance

So, what makes the CrossOver stand out? Its versatility is key. Designed to conquer both city streets and rugged terrains, Gogoro’s CrossOver is a unique blend of utility and adventure. While other manufacturers are exploring the electric scooter domain, Gogoro is the first to bring a performance electric variant to the mainstream market.

But the CrossOver isn’t just about tackling different terrains. It’s about customization. Riders can tweak and modify it to their heart’s content, making it perfect for both daily commutes and weekend escapades. Need storage? The CrossOver boasts four inbuilt cargo compartments and can be fitted with additional accessories like luggage racks.

Performance hasn’t been compromised either. With a robust 7.6 kilowatt electric motor and Gogoro’s signature Flo Drive belt system, it promises both power and silent operations. A newly crafted all-terrain chassis enhances rigidity, while a significant 14.2 cm ground clearance ensures it can handle bumps and obstacles with ease. And with features like Traction Control System and optional cruise control, safety is at the forefront. Tech-savvy riders will appreciate its integration with Gogoro’s connectivity suite, from LTE smart remote services to a dedicated mobile app.

Initially launching in Taiwan in two variants, the CrossOver and CrossOver S, there’s good news for international fans. Gogoro has hinted at expanding its availability beyond Taiwan. So, for those waiting, the electric adventure might just be coming your way soon.
