OnePlus is all set to announce the OnePlus Ace 3 in China on January 4, 2024. The press conference will begin at around 2:30 PM Beijing time. The smartphone has already been part of some leaks and recent teasers from the company. Some details about its specifications and features have already been unveiled, but today’s teaser unveils another exciting piece of information about the upcoming smartphone.

As per the teaser, the smartphone is set to offer better signal stability thanks to a 360° antenna. It will certainly enhance connectivity, and gamers will benefit from the enhanced signal. It also brings WiFi 7 support for better speeds and reduced latency. The smartphone will feature a Game Cloud Computing Private Network to enjoy games with a 2-year free trial.

The OnePlus Ace 3 brings multidirectional NFC, so users won’t have to align their smartphone with the receiver in a particular way. They can use it from the front, rear, bottom, or top sides.

Apart from today’s teaser, the company has already teased support for the ProXDR panel with Photo Matrix Display Technology. Moreover, it will offer a “rain touch” display that allows users to use the device with wet hands. Along with the smartphone, the company will announce a limited edition backpack, knitted hat, pop-up limited edition notebook, and Slime Gel Pen.

OnePlus Ace 3 Specifications and Features (Rumored)

Just ahead of its launch, OnePlus Ace 3 camera samples were teased, showcasing the prowess in this segment with its triple camera module. It has a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, it will have a 16MP front sensor for selfies and video calling.

The OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to bundle a 6.78-inch BOE X1 8T LTPO display, which offers 2780 x 1264 pixels, 2160PWM dimming, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports up to 1600 nits of brightness and 4500 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone seems to house the same panel as the Realme GT 5 Pro.

The reports indicate it could feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The smartphone has a 5500 mAh battery and 100W fast charging. It is claimed to be rebranded as the OnePlus 12R in the global market in January.

It will debut in Sand Gold, Star Black, and Moon Sea Blue.

The smartphone will rival the Redmi K70, iQOO Neo 9, and Honor 90 GT series smartphones.
