Asus has confirmed the US launch details for its ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro through its official selling partner, Mobile Advance (via GSMArena). Pre-orders for the ROG Phone 8 Pro are scheduled to begin on February 29, with shipping dates ranging from March 11 to March 31. Details for the standard ROG Phone 8’s launch timeline have yet to be disclosed.
The ROG Phone 8 Pro is priced at $1,199.99, while the more advanced ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition, which includes 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage along with an AeroActive Cooler X and Aero Case, will retail for $1,499.99. The base model, ROG Phone 8, will be available for $1,099.99.

Key features of the ROG Phone 8 Pro include a 6.78-inch 165Hz LTPO Samsung E6 AMOLED display. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and an Adreno 750 GPU, supported by 24GB LPDDR5X RAM. It also offers up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage for ample space.
It has a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, plus a 32MP front camera for high-quality selfies. The ROG Phone 8 Pro’s 5500mAh battery supports 65W fast charging. Additional features tailored for gamers include responsive AirTrigger buttons, IP68 dust and water resistance, and a superior 5-magnet speaker system.
