Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 smartphones are expected to debut in multiple markets in March. Ahead of the expected launch, Winfuture.de has published a report to leak the entire specifications and release date of the device. Here is a look at what to expect from the device.
Samsung Galaxy A55 5G specifications (rumored)
Leaked specifications of the Galaxy A55 5G reveal that it will include a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the A55 5G will be equipped with Samsung’s Exynos 1480 processor. Users will have a choice between 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the phone will offer 128 GB or 256 GB configurations. The device will also include a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion.
The Galaxy A55 5G will house a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W charging. The camera system will feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, it will include a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
Additional features will include an in-display fingerprint scanner for secure device unlocking and dual speakers for enhanced audio output. The phone will ship with Android 14 and Samsung’s One UI 6.1 software. Connectivity options will consist of Wi-Fi 6ax, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. The device will also carry an IP67 rating, indicating resistance to dust and water. It will measure 161.1 x 77.4 x 8.2mm and weigh 213 grams.

The 6GB and 8GB RAM variants of the A55 are likely to cost 449 euros and 499 euros, respectively, in Europe. It further states that it will be released in Germany on March 11. The device will be available in shades, such as Navy, Ice Blue, White, and Purple.
