Redmi has confirmed that it will announce the Redmi Turbo 3 in China on April 10. The brand has also revealed that the same event will see the arrival of the Redmi Pad Pro tablet. This will be the company’s third Redmi branded tablet after the Redmi Pad and Redmi Pad SE, which were launched in the past. Here is a look at what to expect from the Pro variant.

As can be seen in the image, the Redmi Pad Pro will come with support for accessories like a keyboard and a stylus. The device’s back panel features two camera rings, while its edges appear to feature four speakers, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It will come in shades like black, white, and light violet.

According to a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, the Redmi Pad Pro features a 12.1-inch LCD panel that offers a 2.5K resolution and a high refresh rate. The phone will come packed with a 10,000mAh battery. It will arrive with the HyperOS-based Android pre-installed. The leaker also revealed that the Redmi Pad Pro boasts a 4nm chipset with an AnTuTu score of approximately 650,000. Redmi has yet to reveal any information about the Pad Pro’s specifications.

Most of the Poco devices that have launched in the past are rebranded or tweaked versions of the Redmi devices. Reports suggest that Poco will rebrand the Redmi Turbo 3 as the Poco F6 in the global market. It seems that the Redmi Pad Pro may debut as Poco’s first-ever tablet in the global market.

A Poco tablet was first spotted in the database of the EEC certification platform with model number 2405CPCFBG. The FCC authority approved a stylus by Poco last week, likely for an upcoming tablet. While there is no concrete evidence to prove it, the first Poco tablet could likely be based on the Redmi Pad Pro. It is advisable to wait for further reports to learn about the Poco tablet.
