HMD recently announced the Boring phone in collaboration with Heineken and Bodega. Now, a new smartphone is also in the works, with a fresh listing confirming a bunch of information like its specs, pricing, and launch date. So here is everything you need to know.
HMD Pulse Pro listing surfaces online
The company is gearing up to launch a new HMD Pulse series that will consist of the Pulse and Pulse Pro models. Thsee devices are set to launch in India as well. But now, we have finer details regarding the Pulse Pro thanks to a Finnish retailer called Gigantti. Looking at the listing, the HMD Pulse Pro will sport a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel that offers HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, it is equipped with the UNISOC T606 SoC that is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This can be further expanded by up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. A large 5,000mAh battery pack will power this device via a USB Type-C port. The rear packs a 50-megapixel main and 2-megapixel depth sensor, while the front houses a 50-megapixel selfie shooter.
Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, side mounted fingerprint scanner, and IP52 rating. The HMD Pulse Pro was listed with a 179 EUR price tag, which is roughly around 190 US Dollars or 15,900 INR. It can be seen in a long Black color option. In other words, it has a mid range price tag. The retailer listed the device with a release date of 24th April 2024.
