The person stated that the Android 15 update is crippling or hindrances when you use the app. On the Redditor’s Pixel 9, “Iamnotindanger” claims that he could not swipe between Stories on the app. This is not an isolated issue since another user, “TheNewtBeGaming” also faced a similar issue with Instagram’s key features being unresponsive.

Instagram Stories are freezing up, crippling swipe inputs. Similarly, there were other Reddit users that came forward facing the same problem while using the Instagram app. As of right now, the best course of action is to send reports to Instagram. You can also try and check whether your Instagram is up to date since older versions might not properly support the new Android version.
