The Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung’s first phone to feature 16 GB of RAM. The 12 GB version of the device is available in most markets, while only three markets carry the 16 GB RAM edition. Here’s a look at its price and availability.

The 16GB Galaxy S25 Ultra, which comes with 1 TB of storage, is confined to three markets: South Korea, China, and Taiwan. Why are these three markets exclusive? Well, Samsung is yet to release an official statement on it.
The price of the S25U’s 16GB+1TB variant in Taiwan is 56,900 TWD, which is approximately $1,740. It can be purchased in Titanium Black and Titanium Silver Blue shades.
In China, the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a 1GB + 1TB configuration is priced at 13,699 CNY (~$1,890) and users have a wide range of color options to choose from. During the ongoing pre-order period, it is available for a lower price of 2,041,700 KRW (~$1,425). Apart from the regular Titanium Silver Blue, Titanium Mist Gray, Titanium Shadow Black, and Titanium Silver, it also comes in exclusive colors via Samsung.com, such as Titanium Black, Titanium Jade Green, and Titanium Soft.



In South Korea, the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 1TB version comes in 12 GB and 16 GB RAM versions. The latter is priced at 2,249,500 KRW (~$1,570). Only the Titanium Jet Black color is available for purchase.

Speaking of South Korea, Samsung has introduced the Galaxy AI subscription club, which comes with a fee of 5,900 KRW (~$4) per month. Buyers can choose 12 months or 24 months or simply opt-out from availing themselves of this service. Subscribers can take advantage of various perks, including a 50 percent credit after 12 months or a 40 percent credit after 24 months, when they return their Galaxy S25 series devices. These credits can then be applied to the next Galaxy S-series device. Subscribers also get free “Samsung Care+ Smartphone Damage+” protection and discounts on accessories like cases and battery packs.
