Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X200s will debut alongside the X200 Ultra in April in China. Today, the brand released the official renders of the X200s to showcase its color variants. At the same time, tipster Digital Chat Station has reiterated the key specifications of the X200s.
Vivo X200s colour options

Shown above are the Vivo X200s’ fresh renders in Soft Purple and Mint Green. Unlike the Vivo X200 that debuted in October 2024, the Vivo X200s moves away from the micro-curved display, embracing a 6.67-inch flat panel with ultra-thin bezels. The screen, manufactured using BOE’s Q10 technology, features a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring a crisp and smooth visual experience. Additionally, Vivo has integrated an advanced ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for enhanced security and convenience.

The Vivo X200s will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, an upgraded version of the Dimensity 9400. The D9400+ is said to retain the D9400’s architecture, comprising one Cortex-X925 ultra-core, three Cortex-X4 performance cores, and four Cortex-A720 cores. The primary core clocked at 3.7GHz promises superior single-core performance, optimized multitasking, and faster gaming loads. Benchmark results for the Dimensity 9400 have already exceeded 3 million points on AnTuTu, and the enhanced version is expected to push this score even higher.
The Vivo X200s will pack 6,000mAh+ battery, slightly larger than the 5,800mAh capacity found in the X200. It supports 90W wired charging along with wireless charging capabilities. For photography enthusiasts, the smartphone will feature a Zeiss-branded triple-camera setup, consisting of three 50MP sensors. The setup will include a 3x periscope telephoto lens, offering focal lengths ranging from 15mm to 70mm with variable apertures between f/1.57 and f/2.57.
Apart from the Vivo X200s and X200 Ultra, the brand will also introduce other devices, such as the Vivo Pad 5 Pro, Pad SE, and Watch 5. While the brand has confirmed these products, it is yet to reveal the launch event date.
