ASUS has officially brought its Ascent GX10 mini PC to India. This is a new AI workstation that is powered by Nvidia’s advanced GB10 superchip, a ridiculous amount of RAM, and more, packed in a compact form factor. So here’s everything you need to know.

ASUS Ascent GX10: What makes it special?

The Taiwanese brand had previously unveiled the ASUS Ascent GX10 mini PC in the global market. Now, this model has just been released in India. ASUS packs the Ascent GX10 with impressive hardware like the Nvidia GB10 SoC, which features 10 Cortex-A925 and 10 Cortex-A725 cores with 1,000 TFLOPS or 1 petaFLOP of AI performance. Nvidia’s superchip is coupled with 128GB of LPDDR5X unified system memory and up to 4TB of SSD storage.

These beefy specs are housed in a tiny body that measures just 5.9 x 5.9 x 2.0 inches in dimensions and weighs just 1.48 kilograms. With the tiny workstation, ASUS is targeting professional users, especially those who work with AI models, developers, AI researchers, and data scientists. So basically, anyone who works with large amounts of data. The brand also states that you can pair two of these mini supercomputers to boost the performance.

Other notable features include WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5, Nvidia DGX OS with Ubuntu Linux, a robust heat dissipation system, and a health selection of ports. The ASUS Ascent GX10 was just announced in the Indian market for an exorbitant price tag of Rs 450,000 (roughly 5,046 US Dollars). It will be available for purchase starting next month.
