According to the tipster, the Moto X70 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.7-inch flat OLED panel that offers a 1.5K reoslution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be one of the early adopters of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

To recall, the device was recently spotted with the said chipset, 16GB of RAM, and Android 16 on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. At present, there is no information about the battery size and charging capabilities of the device.

The leak claims that the X70 Ultra’s rear camera setup will have a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.

Apart from previously seen Black and green shades, the X70 Ultra is also expected to arrive in a Bronze option. Previous reports have claimed that it will be a slim and lightweight device. It is also rumored to carry support for a stylus.

As mentioned above, the X70 Ultra is expected to get rebranded as the Edge 70 Ultra globally. However, reliable tipster Evan Blass claims that Motorola may not launch the handset under the Edge branding. Instead, the company could reposition it as the first model within a new Motorola Signature lineup, signalling a refreshed identity for its premium range.

A launch timeline is yet to be confirmed, but expectations suggest that the Moto X70 Ultra / Edge 70 Ultra will debut in the first quarter of 2026.
