New case leaks are giving us another early look at Samsung’s next flagship series. Photos of protective cases shared by a well-known tipster Ice Universe show four distinct devices. The Galaxy S27 and S27+ appear to stick with a familiar setup: separate protruding camera cutouts similar to recent generations.

The Galaxy S27 Pro and S27 Ultra, though, look set for something different. It’s a horizontal, large-matrix design placed toward the top of the phone, reaffirming recent renders and marking a clear break from the vertical camera layout Samsung has used for years.

The change likely frees up more internal space for larger image sensors and better cooling. However, leaks so far do not suggest any notable improvement in sensor size, except for the most recent leak about a 4x telephoto on the Ultra.

The full Galaxy S27 lineup is expected to land in the first quarter of 2027, most likely sometime between January and February. All four models have already shown up in GSMA certification listings under the numbers SM-S952B (S27), SM-S956B (S27+), SM-S957B (S27 Pro), and SM-S958B (S27 Ultra).

The S27 Pro is a new addition aimed at people who want something closer to the Ultra but in a more compact form. Think of it as a small-screen Ultra without the S Pen. It’s expected to have around a 6.4″-6.6″ display while sharing the main and ultrawide camera hardware with the Ultra, essentially bridging the gap between the regular models and the top flagship.

The whole series is expected to use 2nm-process chips. Depending on the region, that could mean Samsung’s own Exynos 2700 or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro made by TSMC. There are also reports that Samsung might bring BOE on as an OLED panel supplier for the first time in the S series, and that the phones could support Qi2 magnetic wireless charging.

These case leaks add to the growing sense that the Galaxy S27 series will mix the usual refinements with some more visible design changes.

The device is positioned as a more affordable alternative to the company’s flagship BOYA Notra AI note-taker while retaining many of its key AI-powered features.

A More Affordable AI Recording Device

The Notra Neo is making its debut at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Germany, which runs from September 4 to September 8. Visitors can experience the device in person at BOYA’s booth in Hall H20, Stand 132.

Pricing and Availability

The BOYA Notra Neo is currently available for pre-order at a special price of $69.99, while its regular MSRP is $79.99. BOYA is accepting pre-orders through its official channels, with general sales expected to follow the device’s IFA 2026 debut.

AI-Powered Transcription and Summaries

One of the main features of the Notra Neo is its AI-powered transcription system, which supports more than 140 languages and dialects. The device can also identify and separate different speakers during a conversation.

Beyond transcription, the AI can automatically generate conversation summaries, key points, to-do lists and mind maps. Users can also search through their entire recording history to quickly find specific information.

Three Recording Modes

The Notra Neo automatically adapts to different recording situations and offers three main recording modes. Its Ambient Recording mode provides 360-degree audio pickup with a recording range of up to 5 meters.

For phone calls, the device can use a magnetic attachment to connect with a smartphone. It also supports Bluetooth Call Recording, which is designed for online meetings and Bluetooth-based calls.

BOYA has designed the Notra Neo for everyday portability. The device weighs just 34.5g and measures 63 × 63mm, making it compact enough to carry easily.

It features a 610mAh battery that provides up to 20 hours of recording time and up to 365 days of standby time. The device charges through a USB-C port and takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

Sony is getting ready for Grand Theft Auto VI in a pretty cool way. At the latest State of Play event, they showed off limited-edition DualSense controllers made specifically for the game, giving fans something tangible to match the hype.

Now, the brand has expanded the lineup by adding the Poco X8 along with the more battery-focused Poco X8 Power, giving buyers another option in the series. OnePlus Ace 7 leaks with 185Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 200MP dual cameras

OnePlus is expected to unveil the OnePlus 16 powered by the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chip in October in China. Reports have revealed that the brand is also working on an Ace-series phone with the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 6 onboard.

Now, a new leak by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station reveals the existence of a new OnePlus flagship equipped with last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. While the tipster has not revealed the name of the device, it is being said that it could be called the OnePlus Ace 7 when it hits the market.

OnePlus Ace 7 specifications (rumored)

According to the tipster, a sub-series Pro-branded OnePlus phone will arrive with a 6.78-inch flat OLED panel offering a 1.5K resolution and an ultra-high refresh rate of 185Hz. This engineering prototype of the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

Last year, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Ace 6T and Ace 6 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and Snapdragon 8 Elite, respectively. Hence, the two upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 6 and 8 Elite Gen 5-powered OnePlus phones appear to be the OnePlus Ace 7T and Ace 7, respectively.

It appears that the top configuration of the OnePlus Ace 7 will offer 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The leak has no information about the battery size and charging capabilities of the device. To recall, the Ace 6 packed a massive 7,800mAh battery, and it is likely that the Ace 7 may upgrade to an 8,000mAh+ battery, but it remains to be seen what further reports reveal.

While it is not mentioned in the leak, it is evident that the device will run on Android 17 with a layer of ColorOS 17 on top. DCS has also claimed that the device will have an active cooling fan, which suggests that it is a gaming-oriented offering.

Moving on to optics, the Ace 7 is said to have a 16-megapixel camera on the front, while its back panel will have a 200-megapixel + 50-megapixel dual-camera setup. The Ace 6 was announced in October alongside the OnePlus 15. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether the Ace 7 breaks cover alongside the OnePlus 16, which is expected in October.

Mivi is getting ready to make its first entry into the smartphone market with the One 5G in India. The company has now confirmed when the phone will officially arrive, while also giving us a first look at its rear design. Mivi has confirmed that the One 5G will launch in India on September 24. The smartphone will be sold exclusively through Flipkart, while Mivi says it is being manufactured in Hyderabad as part of its focus on local production. The company has also confirmed that the phone will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G chipset, although the exact processor has not been officially named yet.

The rear design shows a flat back with rounded corners and a vertically positioned camera module. It houses two large circular camera cutouts arranged diagonally, accompanied by a pill-shaped LED flash on the side. The teaser shows the phone in a green finish, although Mivi has not confirmed whether other color options will be available.

As per a report by GSMArena, a device identified as the Mivi MVNOE has appeared with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, 6GB of RAM and Android 16. Other Geekbench listings suggest that 4GB and 8GB RAM variants could also be in development, although Mivi has not confirmed that these listings belong to the One 5G. The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 would also make the phone one of the more affordable options with 5G connectivity if the reported specifications prove accurate.

Mivi has yet to reveal the display, camera resolutions, battery capacity, charging speed or storage configurations. The company is also yet to announce the official price, but reports suggest the One 5G could be positioned below Rs 15,000 (~$160) in India. That would put it in a competitive budget segment where affordable 5G smartphones have become less common.

The One 5G marks a major change for Mivi, which has primarily been known for earbuds, headphones, speakers and other audio products. The company says it has spent years developing and manufacturing consumer technology in India, and its smartphone entry will now put it up against established names such as Redmi, Realme and Motorola.

Both tablets support Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity, along with optional magnetic keyboards and Lenovo’s Tab Pen Pro 2 stylus. The tablets also include AI-focused software features and stylus functions aimed at drawing, recording and productivity. A status light on the rear can also react to music, videos and games.

The biggest software highlight is Lenovo’s promise of seven major Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. Both tablets ship with Android 17 and are expected to receive updates through Android 24, with security support continuing until 2033.

Its self-developed Q4 chip is said to enable virtual point light sources combined with HDR, bringing more advanced real-time lighting effects to mobile games. The setup is also reportedly capable of producing game screenshots at up to 8K resolution, with users able to adjust certain visual parameters. WHYLAB says many popular games are expected to support the new features.

The iQOO 16 is expected to debut by the end of September or early October, with earlier information pointing to a redesigned camera module and a more futuristic rear panel. The phone is also expected to focus heavily on high-end performance, display quality and gaming-focused features as part of its flagship positioning.

Timex has released a pair of new watches in collaboration with Fender, integrating design elements from the guitar manufacturer’s most recognizable instruments into a standard wristwatch format.

The release marks Fender’s 80th anniversary, along with the 75th anniversary of the Telecaster. The lineup includes a Telecaster-themed gift set and a Stratocaster-inspired model, both of which are available to purchase now on the Timex US website.

Design Details & Pricing

Both models use the same 37mm polished stainless steel case, measure 12mm thick, and feature 20mm lug widths. They are powered by a quartz analog movement with an SR626SW battery.

They also share a domed acrylic crystal and 50 meters of water resistance, which is adequate for washing hands or light swimming, but not intended for diving or prolonged water exposure.

The differences lie entirely in the dial and hardware customizations. The $299 Telecaster 75th Anniversary Giftset features an ice blue dial with a white guitar graphic stamped across the background. Timex swapped the standard second hand for one shaped like a Telecaster headstock, and the crown features a standard Fender logo.

The caseback includes a specific 75th-anniversary engraving. This model ships with a black leather strap that has turquoise stitching, plus an extra fabric strap designed to resemble a standard guitar strap.

Timex has released the 1976 Rotary Phone Dial Reissue (model TW2Y82100), a quartz watch that brings back a specific dial layout from the company’s 1970s archives. The watch is available now for $219 in the US and ₹21,495 in India.

Design Details

The defining feature of this release is the dial, which is formatted to physically resemble the circular number pad of a classic rotary telephone. Instead of standard applied indices or printed numbers, the dial features a black center surrounded by a white outer track.

Inside this white track, the Arabic numerals are placed within individual gold-tone circular frames. At the three o’clock position, Timex included a dual-window complication that displays both the day of the week and the date.

The case is constructed from stainless steel with a gold-tone finish that incorporates both brushed and polished surfaces. Dimensionally, it measures 37mm in diameter with a 43mm lug-to-lug distance and a case height of 12mm.

Anker has introduced the 45W Smart+ Charger in China, currently available on JD.com for 149 yuan ($22). The new power adapter is a gallium nitride (GaN) charger that includes a built-in color display and specific software support for Apple’s newer devices, including the iPhone 17 series.

On the front, it features a small color screen that displays real-time charging metrics, such as current power output, battery level, device details, and charging progress. You can also set the screen to turn off automatically after one or five minutes. The physical design includes a folding plug that locks into 90-degree and 180-degree positions, providing flexibility for routing cables behind furniture or in tight spaces.

Xiaomi 18 Fold tipped to start around 12,000 yuan (~$1,785)

Xiaomi’s next foldable is rumored to break new ground on price. A recent post from the well-known leaker DCS suggests the Xiaomi 18 Fold will start at more than 10,000 yuan, making it the first Xiaomi smartphone across all versions to cross that threshold.

According to reports, every configuration will land above 10,000 yuan, with the base model expected to sit around 12,000 yuan. Even as a leak, the number is significant enough to signal a clear shift toward ultra-premium positioning.

For context, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 launched in China back in 2024 starting at 8,999 yuan with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The ongoing memory shortage is also likely playing a role in the higher price tag this time around.

The 18 Fold is scheduled for an official launch on September 7 in China. It is expected to be the first device powered by Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O3 chipset. Aurzen has introduced the ZIP Pro at IFA 2026, an upgraded version of its original ZIP portable projector. The new model keeps the unusual tri-fold design but doubles the native resolution from 720p to 1080p and increases brightness to 200 ANSI lumens.

The Aurzen ZIP Pro is available for preorder in the US, UK, and Europe for $579.99, while its listed MSRP is $629.99. The ZIP Pro + CastPlay Pro bundle is priced at $629.99 during the preorder period, down from its listed MSRP of $759.98. Shipping is expected to begin on October 30.

The whole thing revolves around their “Human × Car × Home” idea: phones, smart home devices, and eventually cars all talking to each other through AI.

Mijia is being positioned under the theme “The Art of Smart Living.” The brand has over 2,000 products across more than 130 categories. What’s interesting is that they’re finally bringing over some of the bigger appliances that were mostly limited to China until now, including multi-function washers, air conditioners with radar sensors, and fridges designed to keep food fresher for longer. The pitch is that all these devices work together in one ecosystem and can actually anticipate what you need.

Lu Weibing, Xiaomi’s partner and president, was on stage and once again confirmed that Xiaomi cars are still on track to launch in Europe next year (2027). They’re not just talking about it either. Sony WH-CH730N and WH-CH530 could launch on September 7 at affordable prices

Sony appears to be getting ready to add two new models to its affordable headphone lineup, and they could arrive pretty soon. A new leak has revealed a possible launch date for the Sony WH-CH730N and WH-CH530, along with their expected prices, colors, and some other details. According to well-known leaker Roland Quandt, both headphones could go on sale as early as September 7.

The WH-CH730N is expected to sit above the entry-level WH-CH530 and could serve as the successor to the WH-CH720N. What’s particularly interesting this time is the reported price. The latest leak puts the European price at just €69.99, which would be less than half the €149 launch price of the WH-CH720N in 2023. Despite the much lower price, the new model is still expected to offer active noise cancellation (ANC).

There is a bit of a trade-off in terms of weight, though. The WH-CH730N is reportedly 220 grams, compared with 192 grams for the WH-CH720N. That’s 28 grams heavier, or roughly a 14.6% increase. The headphones are also expected to come in four colors: black, pink, blue, and sand. Sony could, of course, give these colors different names when the headphones officially launch.

Previous retail leaks have also suggested that the WH-CH730N will feature Bluetooth connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. None of these details have been confirmed by Sony yet.

The WH-CH530, meanwhile, is expected to be the cheaper option of the two. The latest leak suggests a €34.99 price tag, with five color options: black, blue, mint green, pink, and white. Unlike the WH-CH730N, the entry-level model is reportedly expected to skip ANC.

If the September 7 date turns out to be accurate, there’s a good chance we’ll see both headphones at IFA 2026 in Berlin.
