Vivo V23e 5G launch date will be soon confirmed by Vivo India, but a tipster recently revealed that it will be made official on Feb. 21 in India. The price range and color variants of the phone were recently tipped by a publication, but now a retailer from Mumbai has revealed its pricing well before its launch.
According to Mahesh Telecom, the Vivo V23e 5G will be priced at Rs 25,990 (~$222). This pricing will belong to the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage of the phone. To recall, it was launched in Thailand back in December 2021 with pricing of THB 12,999 (~Rs 30,200; ~$402). It is unclear whether the V23e 5G will be made available in other variants in India. Previous reports have suggested that the handset may come in three colors such as gradient blue, Midnight Blue, and Sunshine Gold.

The Vivo V23e 5G has a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD+ 60Hz display. A 44-megapixel eye-autofocus selfie camera is available in the display notch of the device. The rear side of the device has a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

The Dimensity 810 chipset is present under the hood of the Vivo V23e 5G. The device has 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of built-in storage, and Android 12 OS with FunTouch OS 12 UI. For security, it has an under-screen fingerprint scanner.

Realme is reportedly planning to launch new C-series of smartphones in India. The Realme C35 that was recently announced in Thailand could be coming soon to India. The other rumored C-series phone for the country seems to be the Realme C31. Popular tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed its variants and color options for India.
Sharma tweeted that the Realme C31 will be arriving in 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage options in India. The handset will be made available in colors like Dark Green and Light Silver.

Recent reports have revealed that the RMX3501 model number belongs to the Realme C31 handset. This device has been certified by Thailand’s NBTC, TUV, Indonesia’s TKDN, and the FCC in the U.S. These listings have revealed that the device will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging, Android 11 OS, and Bluetooth 5.0.
The other details of the Realme C31 are under the wraps. It appears that the C31 will be positioned lower than the Realme C35. The latter is equipped with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display that offers an FHD+ resolution, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 50-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
The Unisoc T616 chipset powers the Realme C35. The device comes in variants such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. For security, it has a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The new C-series Realme phones could be coming to India by Q1 this year.

Design
My favorite design of this comparison is the one of the Realme 9i. It has a more elegant camera module than Redmi Note 11 4G, is less invasive, and with the same color as the rear cover. Further, unlike the Vivo Y32 that comes with a waterdrop notch, it comes with a punch-hole design for the display: the punch hole is placed on the top left corner. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 11 4G remains interesting because it is the most compact phone of the trio. All of these devices are made of polycarbonate for both the rear side and the frame.
Display
The most advanced displays belong to the Redmi Note 11 4G and the Realme 9i. They have two LCD panels with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080p and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The Realme 9i has a wider 6.6-inch panel, while the Redmi Note 11 4G stops at 6.5 inches. Unfortunately, the Vivo Y32 has a lower HD+ resolution with 720p and it comes with a standard 60 Hz refresh rate, so expect an inferior image quality. All the phones are equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
Specs & Software
The Snapdragon 680 mobile platform found on the Realme 9i and the Vivo Y32 is actually more powerful than the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset found on the Redmi Note 11 4G. Between these two, the Vivo Y32 wins the hardware comparison because it offers up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage, while the Realme 9i stops at 6 GB of RAM. The trio runs Android 11 out of the box, with highly customized user interfaces on top. Do you prefer MIUI, Realme UI or OriginOS?
Camera
The best rear camera department belongs to the Redmi Note 11 4G which offers a 40 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro sensor. The Realme 9i has the same 50 MP main camera, but it lacks an ultrawide sensor, replaced by a useless depth sensor. The Vivo Y32 comes with a poor 13 MP dual camera, but its front camera is more interesting thanks to an f/1.8 focal aperture which should allow capturing brighter selfies.
All of these phones are equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, but the Vivo Y32 should last more on a single charge because it has a display with a lower resolution and a standard refresh rate. The Realme 9i has the fastest charging technology with a power of 33W, but unlike its two rivals, it does not support reverse charging.
Price
Redmi Note 11 4G starts from $157/€138 in China, Vivo Y32 begins at €140/$159, and Realme 9i is currently unavailable in the Chinese market but it can be purchased in India for $203/€179. The Realme 9i wins the comparison thanks to its great chipset, faster charging, and great overall specifications.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 4G vs Realme 9i vs Vivo Y32: PRO and CONS
With the recent Bluetooth certification for the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, we may not be too far off from the eventual launch of the Galaxy M33 5G. The Bluetooth certification has moved the product a step further in its evolution from an R&D item to a commercial product. The model specification of the Galaxy M33 5G device that got Bluetooth certified is SM-M336B_DS. The model specification indicates that the device will have a dual-SIM setup.
Although there are several details still not known about the Galaxy M33 5G, we now know that it will support Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. It is unclear whether it is the same Galaxy M33 5G model that was spotted in Geekbench recently. The Geekbench model number was SM-M336BU, and the device was powered by an Exynos 1200 chipset in addition to 6GB RAM. The Geekbench listing also showed that the model will run on Android 12 out of the box.
There are no words from Samsung yet on a possible release of the Galaxy M33 5G at this time. If indeed the device is on the lineup for the unveiling, then more details will pop out in the coming weeks.
Accessories maker PLAY has introduced two affordable smartwatches into the Indian market with the launch of the PLAYFIT DIAL and PLAYFIT XL. The two smartwatches are proudly made in India and come with a 1.75-inch and 1.68-inch IPS LCD screen, IP67/IP68 water and dust protection rating respectively, as well as several sensors for all-round health and fitness monitoring.
The PLAYFIT Dial is priced at Rs. 3,999 (~$53) while the PLAYFIT XL costs Rs. 2,999 (~$40). They come with multiple sports modes, heart rate, fitness, sleep, and blood oxygen (SPO2) monitoring. The two models can operate up to 15 days on a single charge, underscoring their battery capabilities. Bluetooth calling is available with the PLAYFIT Dial which sports a composite and lightweight metal design, unlike the PLAYFIT XL which has a plastic body.

PLAY hopes that the two models will get a rousing reception in India with the decent pricing of the models and the fact that there are wholly made in India. OnePlus recently launched its latest flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro in the Chinese market. And recently, the company has begun teasing its International launch. Now, a new leak has surfaced revealing the Indian launch date of the OnePlus 10 Pro.
According to a 91mobiles report, tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed that the OnePlus 10 Pro is set to debut in India in mid-March, precisely, around March 15th or 16th. OnePlus is expected to reveal the official launch date of the OnePlus 10 Pro at the OnePlus Nord CE 2 launch event, which is scheduled for February 17th.

PBK Reviews has posted a new video that captures the disassembling of the Samsung Galaxy S22+ smartphone. Another video from the same source also captures the durability test for the Galaxy S22+.
The Samsung Galaxy S22+ disassemble video is about 9 minutes and shows a step-by-step decoupling of the smartphone with the narrator providing some guidance on the process. The first thing that was done was the removal of the rear panel from its adhesive. In the process, the camera hump of the S22+ and lenses were extricated together with the backplate as a single assembly. Up to 20 screws were removed to reveal the inner part of the phone after carefully taking out the NFC and wireless charging coils.
The battery cables were then disconnected, which enables the removal of the main board of the Galaxy S22+. The battery was removed using isopropyl alcohol after the extraction of the daughterboards. The alcohol was meant to loosen the adhesive holding the component in place. The two auxiliary antennas will come to view after the separation and they are compatible with mmWave 5G signals. The screen decoupling is a bit more seamless than previous iterations of the Samsung Galaxy and it comes apart after the application of heat to the perimeter of the display.
The repairability score of the Samsung Galaxy S22+ was 7.5/10 which is quite impressive. This means that the device could be decoupled or parts replaced with less effort as compared to some of its predecessors and other models with a low repairability score.
The electric vehicle market in India is going to have some new competition as Maruti Suzuki-Toyota is working on an electric SUV which is expected to offer a range of up to 500 km.
Both the companies are working together to bring out this electric vehicle for the International as well as the domestic market. While the automakers are working on this project together, their variants will have a distinct design and styling.
According to an AutoCar India report, the Maruti Suzuki variant is codenamed YY8 and is said to sport a futuristic design and might look totally different from the auto maker’s existing ICE-powered cars.
For those who are unaware, both Toyota and Suzuki had signed up an MoU (memorandum of understanding) in 2017 aimed at co-developing electric vehicles for the Indian market. The new vehicle will be designed from scratch unlike the previous tried and tested method of fitting the ICE vehicle with an electric powertrain. According to reports, YY8 will be a 4.2-meter-long vehicle. Reports also mention that the car might have a 2,700mm wheelbase. The benefit of such a long wheelbase is that the company will be able to fix a bigger battery which further translates into a higher range.
The SUV will feature both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive variants. The two-wheel-drive variant is expected to be equipped with a 138hp motor and a 48kWh battery offering up to a 400 km of range in ideal conditions and the variant with four-wheel drive might come equipped with two-electric motors providing 170hp, a bigger 58 kWh battery, and up to 500 km range.
It is expected that the key features of Toyota’s e-SUV will remain the same but there will be a difference when it comes to the design of the vehicle. Moreover, the battery of this car is expected to be procured locally. According to reports, TDSG, a joint venture between Maruti-Suzuki, Denso, and Toshiba, is expected to manufacture these batteries in its Gujarat-based facility.

Samsung‘s latest launch event unveiled the Galaxy S22 Ultra which came with the much loved S Pen that was popularized by their iconic Galaxy Note series devices. But it appears that Samsung is not planning to keep the S Pen exclusive to the S22 Ultra as a recent report stated that the next Samsung foldable will also be getting a dedicated S Pen.
According to a report from TheElec, industry sources have informed that the South-Korean tech giant has decided to install an S Pen stylus in its upcoming foldable, dubbed the Galaxy Z Fold4. The device is also said to launch in the second half of 2022.
The current Galaxy Z Fold3 also offers support for S Pen Fold Edition and the S Pen Pro, however, the stylus needs to be bought separately and the device does not feature a dedicated silo to house the stylus inside its body. Earlier today, POCO launched the POCO M4 Pro 5G in India. The phone’s launch confirmed the speculation that it is basically a rebranded Redmi Note 11 5G (aka Redmi Note 11T 5G). However, the launch event showcased a teaser for another upcoming POCO device which could be another rebranded Redmi smartphone.
The teaser was first spotted by xiaomiui, and leads us to believe that the teaser could be hinting at the upcoming POCO X4 which has recently been making rounds on various certification databases and has also appeared on Geekbench a couple of times.
The smartphone in the obscured teaser image has a design similar to the Redmi Note 11 Pro, which further leads us to believe that the device is the upcoming POCO X4 as recent Geekbench listings have revealed the X4 is essentially a rebranded Redmi Note 11 Pro.

The veiled camera bump also alludes that it could be the POCO F4 GT which is said to be a rebranded Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, however, unless the image is digitally modified to omit the high placed volume button and shoulder trigger, it is unlikely that the teased smartphone is the upcoming POCO F4 GT.
Coming back to the POCO X4, as the device is expected to be a rebranded Note 11 Pro with a few cosmetic changes, we can expect it to carry a 6.67-inch S-AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The POCO X4 will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC and will feature 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM. Storage options will likely range from 64GB to 128GB. It will come with a 5,000mAh battery that carries support for 67W fast charging. The X4 will run MIUI 13 out of the box and will feature a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security.
Coming to its photography capabilities, It will feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a 108-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
It is too early to tell if the tested phone is indeed the POCO X4, so we suggest our readers take it with a pinch of salt.
As usual, Samsung’s home market of South Korea is to enjoy some exclusive offers with the Galaxy S22 Ultra, reports indicate. The tech giant is to bring the Mark & Lona and Mercedes Benz editions of the S22 Ultra exclusively to South Korea, a recent tweet from a tipster shows. The two models are designer versions of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with the imprimatur of Japanese luxury golf apparel brand Mark & Lona and German automaker Mercedes Benz.

Microsoft is expected to kick off the launch of its upcoming Surface Laptop 5 lineup this year. Ahead of any official announcement, the Surface Laptop 5’s full specs sheet has been leaked. The upcoming Surface laptop will have two sizes and come in AMD as well as Intel models.

Nokia today launched the Nokia G11 after first unveiling the Nokia G21. The company also unveiled two wireless earbuds – the Nokia Go Earbuds2 + and Earbuds2 Pro TWS earbuds.
The Nokia Go Earbuds 2+ and EarBuds 2 Pro come with a similar design, separated by a few features. The earbuds are equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 as well as Fast Pair support. Yesterday (February 14, 2022), a report emerged claiming that Vivo will launch its V23e smartphone on February 21 in the Indian market. Now, a new report has come through revealing the pricing of the upcoming device.
According to MySmartPrice‘s sources, the Vivo V23e will debut in India with a price tag of around Rs. 25,000 ($332). This will undercut the earlier released V23 and V23 Pro models which are priced at Rs. 29,990 and Rs. 38,990 respectively.
Additionally, the report also states that the V23e will come in two colors 一 Sunshine Gold and Midnight Blue. The Blue color will come with a Matte AG finish. As the smartphone has previously launched in Thailand as a budget 5G offering, we already know about its specs and features.

For storage, it packs 128GB of internal storage along with memory expansion support of up to 1TB through a microSD card slot. On the front, the smartphone also features an in-display fingerprint scanner as well as a 44-megapixel eye auto-focus selfie camera on a waterdrop notch.
Meanwhile, the rear features a triple camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and another 2-megapixel camera. Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z Flip3 BESPOKE Editon in October. This customizable version of the popular clamshell foldable smartphone is limited to certain regions due to the logistics involved. Nearly four months after its initial debut, the special variant of the handset has now made its way to China.
Samsung has extended the availability of the Galaxy Z Flip3 BESPOKE Edition by adding China to the list of countries. Interested people can head over to the official website of the company to order their customized vertical folding smartphone.
Customers can choose from a total of 5 colors for the rear glass panels and two colors for the frame. In other words, Samsung offers a total of 49 color combinations.
This version of the handset comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage as standard. It costs the same ¥8,399 ($1,324) for any combination.
Samsung says that the orders will take around 4 weeks to reach the customers. They may even get delayed by 1 or 2 weeks due to unforeseeable circumstances.
If one wants a phone in their desired look, it’s definitely worth the wait. That said, apart from China, the Galaxy Z Flip3 BESPOKE Edition is available in South Korea, US, UK, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia.
Last week, the much-hyped Samsung Galaxy S22 series was unveiled by the South Korean tech giant. The company revealed the US and UK pricing for the devices at the launch event however, the Indian customers are still in the dark about the price tags of the devices as they wait for the rumored March 11th launch date.
Now, a new MySmartPrice report has unveiled the pricing of the vanilla Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy S22 Ultra models in India. According to the report, retail sources have revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S22’s base memory model will cost Rs 69,900 ($929). The sources have also stated that Samsung’s top-end S22 Ultra, will start at Rs 1,09,900 ($1459).
As for information on the above-mentioned base variants, the Galaxy S22 & S22 Plus will come with an 8GB + 128GB base memory configuration. As for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the phone comes with an 8GB + 256GB base memory configuration.
The Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus will be available in three colors in India namely Black, White, and Green. And the S22 Ultra will debut in just Phantom Black, White colors in the country, while the Green and Pink Gold color options are said to arrive later this year.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a 6.8-inch AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a QHD+ resolution of 3088×1440 pixels. The display also comes with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage, and 1,750 nits of peak brightness. There is also an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded under the screen.
The camera configuration includes a 108MP F/1.8 main camera teaming up with a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera, 10MP F/2.4 3x, and 10MP F/4.9 10x periscope lenses. At the front, there is a 40MP F/2.2 selfie camera.
The device is offered with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC in India and will likely be offered in 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB storage configurations in the country. The Galaxy S22 Ultra runs the latest One UI 4.1 based on Android 12 OS and is powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for up to 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

Redmi is gearing up to launch a new entry in its K50 series. The Redmi K50 Gaming Edition is the highly anticipated device in question, with a recent teaser showcasing one of its new features.
According to an official social media post, the Chinese smartphone maker will be launching the K50 Gaming Edition with the CyberEngine. This is vibrating motor, which the brand claims is the world’s first ultra wideband X-axis based motor. It has a large volume of 560mm³ and also brings support for ultra wide frequency of 50Hz to 500Hz. Furthermore, the teaser adds that the device is the only Android to offer 130Hz resonant frequency, which makes the experience as comfortable as the iPhone.
Redmi adds that it is largest X-axis motor in the Android market and offers 40 percent improvement in efficiency along with 40 percent reduction in noise. Xiaomi Founder and CEO, Lei Jun, also stated that it is the strongest vibration motor on an Android and can even stronger than the one offered by company A, which is likely a reference to Apple.
Notably, this feature is in line with a previous leak that we had reported on last month. The teaser also hints at this motor being optimized for gaming as well. In other words, we can expect optimizations for various mobile games, along with the usual optimizations for typing, touch feedback, and more. Xiaomi CIVI is currently the only lifestyle smartphone from the company. It is sold exclusively in China. The premium mid-ranger has now started receiving the MIUI 13 update. The latest system update for the handset also brings Android 12.

Xiaomi unveiled MIUI 13 at the Xiaomi 12 series launch event at the end of December. Since then, the firm has been updating the eligible smartphones and tablets to the new version of its mobile operating system.
The new software is being finally rolled out to Xiaomi CIVI with build number V13.0.2.0.SKVCNXM. Apart from bringing new MIUI features, the latest system update for the phone also come with Android 12.
