Realme launched the Narzo 70x 5G smartphone in April this year. It was initially available in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants with both packing 128GB internal storage. Now, the brand has announced a new variant with higher RAM and the same storage space. It is priced under the Rs 15,000 segment. Read on to know the details.
Realme Narzo 70x 5Ggets new variant in India
The Realme Narzo 70x 5G now comes in 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. It carries a price tag of Rs 14,999. The new variant is already available for purchase from the brand’s website and Amazon. Interested buyers can avail a limited-time Rs 2,000 coupon discount from both platforms. Additionally, the official website is also providing the Realme Buds Wireless 2 Neo at Rs 899 and Techlife Buds T100 at Rs 1,299. The smartphone can be availed in Ice Blue and Forest Green colors.
Apart from a bumped-up RAM, other specifics of the Realme Narzo 70x 5G remain the same. The device has a 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz display with a punch-hole cutout that works similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island. There is also a Dynamic button inspired by Apple’s Action button. The smartphone has a circular camera island housing a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP mono lens. There is an 8MP front-facing selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the Realme Narzo 70x 5G is equipped with a Dimensity 6100+ processor coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also features a VC cooling system for heat dissipation. With the latest version of software, Activity Rings can now be paused if you’re unwell and on break without affecting the awards streak. The Cycle Tracking app on the Apple Watch now offers gestational age for females. They can record symptoms during pregnancy period in the app. watchOS 11 brings support for some new workout modes including outdoor hockey, snowboarding, golf, and more.
With watchOS 11, Apple is introducing Live Activities on its smartwatches that can show a countdown for upcoming events. The smart stack widgets is also improved with new options like Shazam, Photos, and Distance. It can automatically adjust based on the time of the day, location, and daily routines.
Apple Watch running watchOS 11 will let you alert your contacts with Check-In feature when you safely arrive at your destination. The Cupertino-based tech giant is also bringing Apple Translate with 20 supported languages to your wrist. The widget appears automatically when you travel to a foreign country.
Notifications on the iPhone 15 series and newer powered by Apple Intelligence will be sent summarized to your Apple Watch. The wearable device will also get the Tap to Cash feature.

AirPods Pro snags new features
Apple also announced a firmware update for AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) users. Now, users can respond to Siri via head gestures i.e. by nodding their head up and down for yes and sideways for no. It makes things convenient when answering or rejecting calls, interacting with messages, and more without speaking. The TWS earphone is also gaining voice isolation that is present on iPhones, Mac, and iPads. It will isolate and enhance the caller’s voice while removing background noise. Personalized Spatial audio is coming to gaming on AirPods (3rd gen), AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max.
tvOS 18: all new features
With tvOS 18, the Apple TV app gets InSights feature that displays information about actors, characters, and music from Apple TV+ movies and shows onscreen in real-time. It also features Enhanced Dialogue for greater vocal clarity. Subtitles will now appear automatically at the right moment. tvOS 18 introduces 21:9 support for playing movies and shows as they were originally shot.
We have been hearing about Xiaomi‘s developments of the Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip for quite a while. Xiaomi applied for 8 folding screen-related trademarks towards the end of last month, which include both clamshell and book-style foldable. This suggests possible improvements in the folding mechanism of Xiaomi’s future foldables.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3
The Mix Fold 4 is expected to be released in China in Q3 of 2024, possibly in July or August.
While the application doesn’t reveal much about Xiaomi’s developments, the next-generation book-style foldable, the Mix Fold 4 has already been spotted in the certification platform revealing some key details. According to the MIIT certification, this device supports NR SA/NR NSA/TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/CDMA 1X/GSM standard. It also equips support for eMBB networking technology and Tiantong satellite connectivity. The Mix Fold 4 will equip the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
Speaking of the Xiaomi Mix Flip, it’s going to be the company’s first flip-style foldable device. The phone has appeared on the IMEI database hinting that the phone will be released outside of China. Notably, the larger book-style foldable has yet to be spotted on a similar certification platform. Previous reports suggest that the Mix Fold 4 could be launched exclusively in China.
Coming back to the Mix Flip, the renders and prototype images reveal a slightly smaller external display separated from the camera module. There is a dual camera setup that is rumored to include a 50MP main and a 60MP 2x telephoto that uses the 1/2.61″ OV60A sensor.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to equip the 1/1.55″ 50MP OV50E for the main camera, the 1/3.06″ 13MP OV13B ultrawide, and the 1/2.61″ 60MP OV60A for 2x telephoto (the same as the Mix Flip).
Minisforum has unveiled the AtomMan G7 Ti mini PC at Computex 2024. The model is the latest entry to the Minisforum AtomMan lineup of premium mini PCs. The unveiling comes on the heels of the release of the Minisforum AtomMan G7 Pt. The model however comes with the Intel i914900HX CPU alongside the Nvidia RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. The AtomMan G7 Pt, on the other hand, features an AMD CPU.
The Minisforum AtomMan G7 Ti system delivers a higher performance than its predecessor. The 14th gen Intel i9 14900HX CPU has 24 cores and 32 threads. The processor is high-up in comparison with the average mini PC’s processor. It is however noted that the G7 Ti is seen as a rebranded HN14X that was announced last April. The new model is designed for the global audience and the AtomMan moniker seems relevant in this regard. The Intel i9 CPU has a single-core boost clock of 5.8GHz but is under par in performance with the G7 Pt’s Ryzen 9 7945HX in multi-threaded workloads.
The Minisforum AtomMan G7 Ti supports dual-channel DDR5 memory and dual PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 slots for its internal storage. Connectivity options available on the AtomMan G7 Ti include USB 4.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.0, HDMI 2.1, and gigabit Ethernet. The single HDMI 2.1 port is the best on offer for display as the model omits a DisplayPort interface. Wireless connectivity options available on the G7 Ti are WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
Overall, the performance of the AtomMan G7 Ti should be similar to that of the G7 Pt. Minisforum has not revealed the pricing and full release details yet for the new mini PC.
Dangbei has unveiled the DBOX02 (or Mars Pro 2) projector with 4K resolution. The new Dangbei projector supports Google TV and features a low input lag as well as up to 3,100 ANSI lumens brightness. The Mars Pro 2 projector was announced some time ago but seems to have resurfaced with the DBOX02 moniker.
Features
The Dangbei DBOX02 is a relatively fast and bright projector. It supports playback of 4K content and offers a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The model supports pixel shifting so that higher-resolution content can be displayed. The high brightness rating of the 4K projector means that it can conveniently operate in rooms with some degree of lighting. The projector has a 1.27: 1 projection ratio and a maximum of 240Hz display refresh rate. The refresh rate depends on the resolution with Full HD content having the highest refresh rate while 4K content is displayed at 60Hz.
The DBOX02 has a lamp cycle of 30,000 hours in Eco mode which is a decent offering. The projector can throw images between 60 and 200 inches with a recommended size between 80 and 120 inches. The Dangbei DBOX02 projector is well suited for gaming applications with its low input lag. It runs on Google TV and it can stream content from streaming platforms such as Netflix and Prime Video. Netflix is pre-installed on the device and licensing for the app is available. Connectivity options for the projector include WiFi, HDMI, and two USB 2.0 ports. The model however omits an Ethernet port.

The Dangbei DBOX02 projector is priced at $1,499 and can be purchased directly from Dangbei. It is expected that the availability of the model will extend to other retail platforms subsequently.
Red Magic is apparently working on its next-gen flagship gaming smartphones. The Red Magic 10 series was just spotted in a fresh leak, which hints that the upcoming devices will carry top-notch specs and features and could launch sometime near the end of this year.
Red Magic 10 Series: Next-gen gaming phones
The leak was shared by known tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). He claimed that the new gaming smartphone is set to launch in November 2024. Although an exact release date wasn’t shared it is in line with the launch of the last year’s Red Magic 9 series. The Red Magic 10 series will likely consist of the Red Magic 10, Red Magic 10 Pro, and Red Magic 10 Pro+. The tipster added that the new lineup will be equipped with the dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, which is a next-gen flagship grade processor.
It is unclear what the “dual-core” stands for at the moment. This high-end chip would be cooled by a robust thermal dissipation system. How this active cooling tech works is unclear but it may feature an RGB fan like its predecessors. That’s not all, the report added that the smartphones are being tested with a massive battery pack that could have a 6,500mAh cell. On the front, the Red Magic 10 series is rumored to sport an OLED display from BOE that supports 1.5K resolution.

Realme is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Realme GT 6 smartphone model in the global market. But ahead of the official launch, the brand has confirmed a bunch of specs and features of the upcoming device. So here is everything we know so far.
Realme GT 6: What was revealed?
The Chinese brand confirmed that the Realme GT 6 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC in an image poster. This also claims that the device managed to score an AnTuTu score of over 1.65 million thanks to the high-end processor. The chipset is also paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. A top-end processor also needs a robust cooling system and the image poster showcases this as well.
Realme states that the Realme GT 6 comes with the world’s largest 10,014 sq mm dual VC cooling system. The brand also added that you need a flagship chipset, flagship cooling, and flagship cooling as the trio for peak performance. So apart from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and 9 layer cooling system, the device is also paired with a massive 5,500mAh battery pack. This cell is paired with 120W wired fast charging, which promises to charge the device to 50 percent in just 10 minutes and 100 percent in just 28 minutes.

1. Circle to Search with Google
It’s one of the coolest additions to One UI 6.1, which I find very fascinating. It allows searching for anything showing on your screen by drawing a circle around it. The device quickly pulls relevant information from Google search on the same screen.
2. Instant Slow-Mo
Galaxy AI lets you view any video in slow motion by holding a finger on the video. This works with any video, even those recorded using a different device.
One UI 6.1 lets you play around with multiple slow-motion speeds and allows saving AI-generated slow-mo videos.
3. Photo Assist
Editing an image is a lot easier with Galaxy AI. It lets you move objects and people around in an image. You can also resize or remove them completely, and the Galaxy AI will automatically fill the background.
You can also tilt an image in the Gallery, and then Galaxy AI will magically fill in the gaps.
4. Live Translate
With One UI 6.1, you can hear the other person on a call in your language, no matter what language they speak, all thanks to Galaxy AI.
The Live Translate feature also lets you choose the language the other person will listen to.
5. Writing Assist
Samsung Keyboard also gets AI smartness to translate texts or rephrase them in different styles (social, professional, casual, polite, etc). It works with all apps as long as you use the Samsung Keyboard app.
6. Note Assist
With the Galaxy AI integration, the Samsung Keyboard has probably become the best note-taking app. It can help you format the texts for better readability.
The new Notes app can summarize your notes, translate them, and fix spelling mistakes.
7. Browser Assist
Browser Assist can generate a short summary of web pages and translate them into a different language. However, you’ll need the Samsung Internet browser to use it.
8. Voice Recording Assist

A fresh HTC teaser was recently shared. This revealed that the company is gearing up to launch new smartphones in the market. The device in question is expected to be the HTC U24 series, and now, we finally have an official launch date. So let’s check it out.
HTC U24 Series Launch Date
The company shared an official launch date on its official X account (formerly Twitter). Looking at the teaser, HTC is set to unveil a new smartphone on 12th June 2024. The teaser shares an image of the device from the side along with the words “Coming Soon” underneath. While the official poster image does not officially state that it is the U24 series, the tweet carries the tag “AllForU”. So this is likely the HTC U24 or U24 Pro models.
To recall, the HTC U24 and U24 Pro were spotted on the GeekBench listing. The higher end Pro model also surfaced on the Google Play Console listing. Based on what we know so far, the smartphone is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, which is paired with at least one model with 12GB of RAM. So it is an upper mid-range model and gets an upgrade from the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 on last year’s HTC U23.
This listing also confirms that it runs on the Android 14 OS out of the box. A Bluetooth SIG sighting confirmed support for Bluetooth 5.3. On Google Play Console, it was seen with a 1080×2436 resolution display that could be a tall 6.78-inch panel. This would likely offer a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to sport an OLED screen. The U23 series housed a 4,600mAH battery pack. So the U24 lineup might offer a larger 5,000mAh battery pack. While this feature is designed to help out people with disabilities, it can also be a fun and convenient way for others to interact with their devices. It takes only seconds to calibrate the front camera and activate the feature and it does not require any additional hardware or accessories for the tracking functionality to work.
With this feature, users can navigate through iOS and iPadOS apps use dwell control to interact with each element, and can even control the functions of physical buttons.
Users with iPhone 12 or later running on iOS 18 can activate Eye Tracking by going to Settings > Accessibility > Eye Tracking. After turning on the toggle, users will need to follow the dot shown on the screen with their display with their eyes as it moves around the screen. It calibrates the camera with the user’s eye movement. This setup process takes just a couple of seconds and after that users will be able to select and interact with elements on the screen with their eyes. To select an element such as an app icon, users will need to look at the icon and hold that position for 2-3 seconds.
The feature utilizes Apple’s on-device machine LLMs to accurately track the eyes. The company says that all the data that is required for this feature to work, stays securely on the device and that there should not be any concerns regarding privacy.

Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new flip phone, the Mix Flip, with a global audience in its sights. The company dabbled in foldables with the Mix Fold series, those devices unfolded like a book, which opened like a book, but these were only available in China.
However, Xiaomi seems to be considering a global launch for its first flip phone. Evidence for this global launch comes as the Mix Flip has been spotted on Thailand’s regulatory body, NBTC.
The NBTC certification shows the phone’s model number as 2405CPX3DG and clearly labels it as a Xiaomi Mix Flip. Since NBTC certification is required for devices to launch in the Thai market, it suggests that the Mix Flip won’t be limited to China.

Moving on, analyst Pu suggests a 2026 launch for the “iPhone Fold,” around the same time as the iPhone 18. In addition to the foldable iPhone, there are rumors of a MacBook with a foldable display in the works. The device will reportedly have a 20.3-inch display and is set to go into mass production by the end of 2025, according to rumors. However, other reports suggest it won’t be launched until 2027.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 FE in October last year as part of the Galaxy S23 series launched in February of the year. For those unaware, this is the same main sensor adopted by the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 FE, and this year’s Galaxy S24. So, an improvement in imaging capability will rely solely on image processing, and might not meet the expectations of many. This could be slightly disappointing for those who are waiting for the handset. However, it’s also understandable as the Fan Edition devices are never meant to push the limits of what’s possible.
Although only the main sensor is revealed at this point, we can expect more details to emerge in the coming months ahead of the launch.
To give you an idea of the possible camera system, the predecessor equips an 8MP 3x telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide in addition to the ISOCELL GN3 main sensor.
All the fan edition models so far have offered upgraded chipsets so far. Additionally, Samsung is likely to use Exynos chips in the upcoming FE model wherever possible.

Additionally, it will come in configurations of up to 16GB of RAM paired with up to 1 TB of internal storage. The device will incorporate a single-point ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner, dual speakers (top speaker embedded in the earpiece), and a decent motor for vibration.
