HP has launched new hardware in its HyperX gaming line, including a new controller and a refresh of the Cloud Stinger 3 headsets.

The new controller is called the HyperX Clutch Talon, which has tool-free customization, interchangeable sticks, D-pads, triggers, and back paddles. HP also says users can extend customization through 3D-printable parts.

The controller uses Hall Effect sticks and triggers, which are designed to reduce drift and improve precision during gameplay. It also includes three-stage trigger locks and reprogrammable back paddles for faster inputs. Platform support covers PC, Android, and Xbox, while dual wireless connectivity and up to 30 hours of battery life round out the feature set.

HP has also introduced the HyperX Cloud Stinger 3 and CloudX Stinger 3 headsets. The lineup includes wired and wireless options, with low-latency 2.4GHz wireless support on select models and Bluetooth support on the wireless version. The headsets feature stainless steel headband sliders, a lightweight build, memory foam ear cushions, and a noise-cancelling microphone with mute controls.

Battery life is one of the main upgrades on the Cloud Stinger 3 Wireless, which is rated for up to 80 hours. The headset family is built around comfort and durability, while keeping the entry price lower than many gaming headsets.

HP is also moving its HyperX NGENUITY software out of beta after an extended testing phase. The platform adds deeper control over HyperX gear, including audio tuning, microphone settings, device performance, and personalization tools.

The latest NGENUITY Audio Engine is powered by HEAR360 and includes parametric and graphic equalizers, game and chat balance, advanced spatial audio, and spatial chat. It also supports real-time dynamic microphone processing, voice monitoring, EQ presets, and AI noise reduction. Performance controls include adjustable actuation points, Rapid Trigger sensitivity, SOCD options, and mouse sensor tuning. Users also get a customizable dashboard, searchable remapping, and macro recording.

Ayaneo has pulled the curtain back further on the Pocket S Mini, a compact Android handheld that leans into retro gaming nostalgia with a sharp 4:3 aspect ratio and premium build. Positioned as a sibling to the larger Pocket S, the Mini trades screen size for portability, aiming to deliver a throwback experience powered by modern internals.

It’s built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 chipset, the same chip that drove the original Pocket S to respectable performance heights. While Ayaneo hasn’t revealed RAM or storage options yet, the choice of processor suggests the Pocket S Mini won’t cut corners on raw performance, especially for emulation-heavy workloads.

The screen is confirmed to be an LCD with a 4:3 aspect ratio, but Ayaneo is still keeping the actual size and resolution under wraps. Judging by design comparisons to the Pocket Air Mini, it’s expected to fall somewhere in the 5-inch range. LG has rolled out a major update to its LG Gaming Portal, expanding the number of games available directly on its Smart TVs and strengthening its push into cloud-based and casual gaming.

The LG Gaming Portal now provides access to more than 4,000 cloud-based games and over 600 casual titles. All of these games can be played directly on LG Smart TVs, using only the TV and a remote. LG says the expanding catalog is driven by partnerships with game studios and content creators, aimed at making large-screen gaming easier and more accessible.

One of the latest additions is Just Dance Now. The game is now available on LG Smart TVs running webOS 22 or later in the US, Australia, Sweden, and Norway. Availability in Europe is expected in the coming weeks. Through LG’s partnership with Ubisoft, players can follow dance routines to popular songs without a console. The LG Magic Remote is used to track movement through its built-in motion sensors, allowing players to dance alone or with others.

LG has also teamed up with Volley to bring voice-controlled games to LG Smart TVs in the US. Volley’s lineup includes TV game show titles like Jeopardy! and original games such as Song Quiz. GameMT has officially teased its new budget gaming handheld, the EX5. The device features a 5-inch 1080p IPS LCD display and runs on MediaTek’s Helio G81 chipset. The EX5 is powered by a 12nm Helio G81 processor, which includes two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. GameMT pairs this chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also comes with a microSD card slot for expandable storage.

The EX5 handles connectivity through dual-band Wi-Fi 5, supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Its 5-inch display has a 1920×1080 resolution, which is relatively high for a device in this price segment. The handheld runs Android and supports a variety of gaming platforms. Philips launched the Evnia 27M2N5500XD, a 27-inch gaming monitor built for competitive players. It runs at 500 Hz in 1440p resolution and hits 1,000 Hz when dropped to 720p. That puts it ahead of the 720 Hz OLED monitors ASUS and ViewSonic announced recently.

The monitor showed up in China next to the AOC Agon AGP277QK. Both use the same dual-mode panel, which makes sense since AOC and Philips share a parent company. These displays focus on motion clarity and low input lag instead of sharp visuals. Most people will stick with 500 Hz at 2560 x 1440, but the 1,000 Hz option exists for players who need maximum speed.

The panel is high-contrast IPS, not OLED. It has 1 ms gray-to-gray response time and 2,000:1 static contrast ratio. This setup keeps brightness stable and delivers better contrast than older IPS screens while maintaining fast pixel switching.

Philips factory calibrates each unit to Delta E less than 2, so colors are accurate right out of the box. The monitor also has VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification for basic HDR support, though it lacks local dimming and high peak brightness.

No pricing or release date yet. But a 27-inch monitor that does 500 Hz at 1440p and 1,000 Hz at 720p is one of the fastest gaming displays announced so far. Competitive players who want speed over resolution will probably find it useful.

Both monitors have launched in China and Japan, and a broader global release is expected.

The GA27V1M and GA32V1M are identical in specifications, with screen size being the only difference. The GA27V1M uses a 27 inch panel, while the GA32V1M uses a 32 inch panel. Both monitors rely on IPS panels paired with a mini LED backlight that features 2,304 local dimming zones.

Brightness peaks at up to 1,200 nits, which helps HDR highlights stand out clearly. Both monitors are certified for HDR1000 and cover 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. This makes them suitable for HDR gaming, video work, and color-heavy content.

At native 4K resolution, the monitors support a 160 Hz refresh rate. When resolution is reduced to 1080p, the refresh rate increases to 320 Hz. This option targets competitive games where higher frame rates matter more than image sharpness. Innocn also lists a 0.05 ms response time using MPCS, which should help improve motion clarity during fast scenes.

For connectivity, both models include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, a USB hub, and a USB-C port with 90 W power delivery. Each monitor comes with an ergonomic stand, a white chassis, and an RGB light ring on the rear.

Pricing & availability

Pricing in Japan comes to ¥78,999 ($508) for the GA27V1M and ¥90,990 ($586) for the GA32V1M. In China, they sell for 3,499 yuan ($495) and 3,999 yuan ($565) under the GA27V1M Max and GA32V1M Max names. There is no confirmed date yet for a global or US launch.

ViewSonic has introduced the XG323B-4K-OLED, a new 31.5-inch OLED gaming monitor that sits below the XG323-4K-OLED2. Both monitors look the same and use the same panel size, but the new model comes with lower refresh rates and fewer high-end features.

The XG323B-4K-OLED supports dual display modes. It runs at 3840×2160 resolution with a 165 Hz refresh rate and can switch to 1920×1080 at 330 Hz. ViewSonic says the new OLED panel offers a fast 0.03 ms GTG response time.

The monitor includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, one USB-A port, and one audio output. It does not include a USB-C port with Power Delivery. The display works with both G-Sync and FreeSync for tear-free gaming.

The screen is an OLED panel with a 31.5-inch viewable area, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1. It has a glossy surface, native 10-bit color, and 1.07 billion colors. Brightness is rated at 250 cd/m² minimum and 275 cd/m² typical, while HDR peak brightness reaches 1,300 cd/m². The monitor covers 98.5 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and maintains professional-grade color accuracy with ΔE less than 2.

Other features include hardware low blue light, HDR technology, e-sports crosshair mode, PIP and PBP, eagle eye view, night vision view, and cat’s eye view. It supports HDCP 2.2 and 2.3.

But this release isn’t available on every single LG smart TV model.

OneXPlayer has officially launched the X1 Air, a portable 3-in-1 Windows PC designed for gaming, productivity, and creative work. The device starts at $1,099 and features a detachable controller system, magnetic keyboard support, and a compact design with high-end specifications.

OneXPlayer X1 Air Specifications

The X1 Air is powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra 5 228V or Ultra 7 258V processors. It comes with 32GB of LPDDR5X 8533MHz RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The integrated Intel Arc 140V GPU supports advanced graphics features, including ray tracing and AI acceleration with up to 64 TOPS of compute performance.

The device uses a 10.95-inch LTPS display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and peak brightness of 540 nits. The screen supports 10-point multi-touch input and covers 138% of the sRGB color gamut.

The X1 Air supports three usage modes: handheld, tablet, and laptop. In handheld mode, users can attach the detachable game controllers that include RGB Hall-effect joysticks, linear triggers, and micro-switch buttons. In tablet mode, the device functions as a lightweight touchscreen tablet. In laptop mode, users can attach the magnetic keyboard, which includes a carbon fiber build, backlighting, and a built-in touchpad.

The device includes a 72.77Wh battery and a dual-fan cooling system with liquid-bearing fans capable of spinning up to 8,500 RPM. OneXPlayer has used a full aluminum heatsink and dual copper heat pipes for thermal management.

RTX 4050-Powered Mini Gaming PC is Small in Form, not in Frames

In a recent YouTube video from ETA PRIME (Via NotebookCheck), the Yohris mini gaming PC flexed its muscles in games despite having a tiny footprint. Under the hood, the tiny Windows computer packed the Intel Core i7-13620H CPU along with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 GPU. This was coupled with 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 512GB of SSFD storage. One can even configure it with up to 64GB RAM and 2TB storage.

The Tech YouTuber put this mini gaming PC through a series of benchmarks and games, seeing impressive performance across the board. One of the highlights was Forza Horizon 5, which ran at over 100fps at 1440p resolution in the High graphics preset. Similarly, even Cyberpunk 2077 hit triple digit frame rates at high settings on High with DLSS set to Quality. Enabling frame generation pushed the average fps to over 120.

The demanding multiplayer game Marvel Rivals also hovered around 108 fps with DLSS on Quality and resolution at 1080p. Most notably though, this mini gaming PC only costs around $510. While the price may fluctuate, this is still quite the deal as it matches the Mac Mini’s portability with console level gaming performance.

Battlegrounds Mobile India’s 3.9 update delivered hoverboards, neon zones, and an eye-catching Transformers crossover, but underneath the flash, core gameplay issues continue to frustrate longtime players.

While Krafton keeps pushing new skins and limited-time events, fundamental problems like lag, matchmaking imbalance, voice chat bugs, and poor optimization still plague the game across devices.

For a title that commands a massive audience in India, these aren’t just minor inconveniences; they’re signs of a game that’s drifting away from what made it playable in the first place.

Game That Breaks When It Updates

Let’s start with the obvious. Every time a major update lands, something breaks. In 3.9, it’s a trifecta of issues: frequent game crashes, frame drops, and a mic echo bug that makes in-game squad communication a nightmare.

You’d expect a game with over 100 million downloads to have a more stable update pipeline, especially considering it runs beta builds ahead of public rollouts. But here we are again: players reinstalling the game, clearing cache, or downgrading their graphic packs just to get back to playable conditions.

This isn’t a one-off issue. For years now, BGMI’s biggest bug isn’t in the code. It’s in the update strategy. New content is prioritized, but underlying system stability gets ignored until the community starts screaming on Reddit and YouTube. At that point, patch fixes trickle in weeks later. By then, the damage to user experience and trust is already done.

Voice Chat Is Still Broken. Seriously?

For a team-based battle royale, you’d expect voice chat to work. Yet, echo issues and mic glitches have persisted since at least version 3.6. Right now, if you’re not wearing earphones, your squad hears everything twice. It kills immersion and ruins competitive coordination. And there’s still no fix.

Even iPhone users who plug in wired or Bluetooth headphones are not spared. BGMI voice chat can suddenly produce loud static, high-pitched hissing, or what players describe as a “tornado” noise that blasts through teammates’ headsets.

Despite consistent reports from players since early 2023, Krafton has yet to fix the issue. In a game that leans so heavily on communication, this isn’t just an annoyance. It’s a dealbreaker.

Stale Maps, Ignored Favorites

Krafton continues to prioritize Erangel for most of its major events, often at the expense of other popular maps. In the 3.9 update, the Transformers-themed Optimus Prime and Megatron characters were added exclusively to Erangel. Meanwhile, Livik, despite having a large and active player base, was excluded from this core part of the event.

Although Livik received hoverboards and neon zones, it didn’t get the full crossover experience. Given how frequently players choose Livik for its fast-paced gameplay and shorter match times, Krafton’s decision to sideline it from the main attraction feels like a missed opportunity.

Karakin, another classic map known for its close-quarters combat, has also gone largely untouched. Many players still enjoy playing on Karakin, but it has not received any meaningful content updates or event integration in recent patches.

Creating a dedicated event or optimizing a mode specifically for Karakin could bring fresh energy to classic matchmaking and help break the routine of Erangel-heavy rotations. Right now, Krafton’s uneven attention toward maps is limiting variety and failing to reflect how players actually engage with the game.

Cheating Still Haunts Ranked Lobbies

Despite Krafton’s routine ban lists and their animated “Ban Pan” messages, cheating still exists, especially in higher-tier ranked matches. Speed hacks, radar cheats, and aimbots have evolved, often staying a step ahead of the game’s anti-cheat system. Honest players are understandably frustrated. They grind hard, only to be sniped through walls by someone running third-party tools.

What’s missing is smarter anti-cheat enforcement, faster detection, and more meaningful punishment. Krafton needs to stop playing whack a mole and start building a system that prevents cheating before it happens.

Final Thoughts

BGMI still has the potential to be the best battle royale experience tailored for Indian gamers. But that potential is being chipped away update after update. Krafton needs to focus less on cosmetics and more on the basics: voice chat that works, smoother gameplay for mid-range phones, balanced matchmaking, and diverse, supported maps. New features are great, but only when the fundamentals are rock solid.

Otherwise, the only thing BGMI might end up optimizing is player frustration.

Ayaneo has officially announced the Pocket DS, a new Android-powered handheld that features a dual-screen clamshell design. The company claims it is the first of its kind in the Android gaming space. Pre-orders are now open, with pricing details expected in August. The device will make its public debut at the Qualcomm Snapdragon booth during ChinaJoy 2025 in Shanghai.

The Ayaneo Pocket DS features a 7-inch OLED main display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and support for refresh rates up to 165Hz. The screen reaches a peak brightness of 800 nits and covers 150% of the sRGB and 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The secondary display measures 5 inches and offers a 1024×768 resolution in a 4:3 aspect ratio. It supports 100% sRGB, 120% color gamut volume, and a brightness of up to 550 nits.

The only official information available regarding the GTA 6 release was an Autumn 2025 launch window. But this is a broad timeline. However, a new leak has hinted at the possible launch timeline now. While Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar’s Parent Company) is also working on the Mafia: The Old Country, it had its launch date was leaked via Steam (a popular online gaming library).

Mafia: The Old Country may debut on 8th August 2025. AAA games usually avoid launching their games in close proximity to avoid cannibalizing sales. In September 2025, the highly anticipated Borderlands 4 and NBA 2K26 are set to debut. So the remaining launch windows include October and November since August and September are seemingly crowded.

There might be a section of the game that involves one of the playable characters getting incarcerated but details are still sketchy. Very little is actually known about the story, but it could involve these Lucia and her partner growing from street level thugs to some kind of mafia bosses.

Rockstar is likely bringing back the third person perspective and many of the mechanics from its previous entry. However, we can expect to see refinements in certain aspects like shooting, switching to first person, and much more. The Grand Theft Auto series from inception has also revolved around stealing cars, planes, and different vehicles and driving them, so there might be more depth added to that aspect as well.

GTA 6 Launch Date

GTA 6 is set to make its official debut on the Xbox Series X, Series S, and PlayStation 5 series in the fall of 2025. While an official launch date is still unclear, the H2 2025 release has been announced. These games are optimized to run on the iOS platform and use the iPhone’s hardware.

While these take up quite a bit of storage, this signifies a great shift of high end gaming on mobile devices. Unfortunately, Android users don’t get access to these massive franchises. But there are certain popular games like Minecraft, Terraria, Stardew Valley, and even older AAA games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Rockstar has rereleased Grand Theft Auto for the billionth time. But this time, it is “Enhanced”. The studio has released a massive update that brings various upgrades to take advantage of the PC’s extra horsepower and make other improvements for the GTA Online mode as well. So here’s everything you need to know.

GTA V: What does the 90GB update offer?

With the GTA V Enhanced Edition, even the system required is getting a bump. The recommended specs now include at least an RTX 3060/Radeon RX 6600XT with an Intel i5-9600K/Ryzen 5 3600. Among the various changes made to the game, the primary upgrade is to the visuals and graphics settings. The 12 year old game now supports ray tracing, upscaling support with AMD FSR 1 and 3 and Nvidia DLSS 3.

Improved load times thanks to DirectStorage support. Apart from the visual side, there are also improvements in the audio with Dolby Atmos support. This update is available across Story Mode and GTA Online, however HDR is still missing. In the GTA Online mode, there is a new Career Builder feature along with an upgraded anti cheat as well. PC players can even sign up for the GTA+ membership now.

The Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced Edition update is free for those who already own GTA 5 on PC. But you will need to buy the legacy version for this update. GTA V’s rerelease is already live as of 4th March 2025. If you already own the base game, the enhanced version is available on Steam and Epic Games.

As excitement for Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) continues to build, discussions are growing around how the game will perform on consoles and how much it might cost. A former Rockstar Games animator recently shared his thoughts on the game’s expected frame rate, while separate reports suggest GTA 6 could come with a higher price tag than previous games.

Console Frame Rate Expectations

Former Rockstar Games animator Mike York, who worked on GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2, believes GTA 6 will likely run at 30 frames per second (fps) on consoles. In an interview with Kiwi Talkz, he explained that keeping the frame rate stable is likely to be a priority for Rockstar.

He suggested that while the game might sometimes reach 40 or 50fps, it is unlikely to run consistently at 60fps on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X unless Rockstar uses AI-driven upscaling or other optimization techniques. However, PC players with high-end hardware may be able to achieve higher frame rates after launch.

Looking at past releases, GTA 5 originally ran at 30fps on PlayStation 3 and only reached 60fps on newer consoles years later after optimizations. Given GTA 6’s improved graphics, a similar approach might be expected.

Another topic of discussion is the potential cost of GTA 6. Industry analyst Matthew Ball recently suggested in his State of Video Gaming in 2025 report that Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, might introduce a $100 price point for the game’s standard edition.

Adding to the speculation, a leaked release date from Spanish retailer XUruguay listed GTA 6 as launching on September 17, 2025, exactly 12 years after GTA 5’s debut. Mobile gaming is a multi-billion dollar industry. Most of the revenue comes from the freemium model (in-game purchases).

Therefore, almost all mobile titles have lower hardware requirements for better accessibility. However, the price of dedicated gaming smartphones has soared high in recent years.

These devices offer top-of-the-line performance and the latest tech. But are they worth spending $1000 or more?

Today, one can play almost all titles properly on any mid-range or above phone. So should you splurge on mobile gaming hardware? Let’s find out together.

The Gaming Phone Dilemma

Asus’ ROG (Republic of Gamers) is one of the most popular consumer-facing gaming hardware brands. It is the only widely available brand that has a presence in the smartphone market.

In fact, it is the company that popularized the gaming smartphone category. As a leader in the niche segment, the firm steadily increased the price of its handsets over the years.

At present, the latest ROG Phone 9 series starts at $1,000 and goes all the way up to $1,500. That’s a lot of money for a dedicated gaming smartphone.

Lately, Asus has toned down the screaming gaming aesthetics to make the product look and feel more like a regular phone. But it still can’t match the overall experience offered by regular flagships.

ROG Phones are primarily only good at gaming. When you look at them as an everyday premium phone (due to their high asking price), they fall short.

The Case Against Expensive Gaming Phones

Even if you have purchased the latest ROG Phone 9 Pro, there aren’t many resource-hungry titles to play in the first place. 

As we mentioned earlier, most games are now designed to run even on the lowest of hardware as much as possible. There are only a handful of titles that may play marginally better on expensive gaming phones. 

It has been nearly 3 years since the introduction of ray tracing on phones, however, there are very few games that use this tech. Also, ray tracing on smartphones is comparatively less pronounced than on PCs and consoles.

Though the hardware is capable enough, there aren’t software to make use of it. Developers are flocking toward the freemium model with more accessible games for revenue generation.

Finding the Right Balance

If you are in the market for a smartphone for gaming, you don’t need to spend $1,000 or more. A capable enough chipset, size, and battery are more than enough.

So any phone with a year or more old flagship chip from Qualcomm and MediaTek will just do fine. Devices touting these chipsets are mostly previous-gen premium phones. So you can get them at a much lower price than what they used to cost at launch.

Sometimes, these chips are all found in so-called flagship-killer phones. They tend to cost half of the regular flagship but still provide almost the same level of performance.

If not for flagship chips, any latest mid-range is also capable enough. Handsets featuring these chipsets are even more affordable.

The next thing to look for is the size. Generally, larger smartphones offer sustained performance. That’s because they tend to dissipate heat better. You also get bigger displays and louder speakers on such phones.

Lastly, handsets with huge batteries will last longer. Also, make sure they have fast charging support so that you can recharge them in no time.

Prior-gen Flagships and Mid-rangers

If you are low on budget, you can still buy a good smartphone for gaming without spending a lot. Instead of opting for the latest gaming smartphone or a flagship, you can go with a generation or two older models.

For instance, you can go with the last-gen Galaxy S24 Ultra or even the older Galaxy S23 Ultra. These phones will cost you hundreds of dollars less than the new Galaxy S25 Ultra. 

Similarly, if you are not into Samsung, perhaps try older OnePlus 12 or 11 rather than OnePlus 13. We could say the same for Motorola Edge phones, Xiaomi number series, Honor Magic series, and more.

Alternately, if you live in a region where you get access to powerful mid-rangers, you can opt for those handsets. Phones like Poco F series, Realme GT series, and Xiaomi T series will get you serious performance for way less price.

Lastly, if case you are in the Apple ecosystem, you can go with older Plus and Pro Max iPhones instead of newer models.

The Appeal of Chinese Smartphones

China gets a wide variety of smartphones. Almost all of them are way more affordable and yet pack a lot of things.

Some of these handsets make their way to nearby Asian countries. A select few also land in Europe. But none of them get released in the far west.

So these phones are not designed for international audience in mind. So they may have some compatibility issues. If you are fine with the drawbacks, you can import these products.

For instance, the best alternative to the ROG Phone 9 series is the Red Magic 10 lineup. It costs about half and even excels in some scenarios.

Further, iQOO smartphones are known for well-tuned performance across all price range. Lastly, flagships from Xiaomi, Vivo, and Oppo are generally more affordable when imported when compared to their official prices outside mainland China.

Windows gaming might soon be arriving on Xiaomi tablets. The company has started taking in applicants who own the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 and have them test Windows games via HyperOS’ WinPlay engine. But this isn’t an online game streaming platform and lets you play the games without any internet connection. So here’s what we know so far.

Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 Can Run Steam

There are plenty of services or devices that offer cloud gaming streaming access to users’ mobile devices. However, the Chinese tech giant is taking things a step further. It has announced that it is recruiting Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 users from the Xiaomi Community to test the WinPlay engine in HyperOS that lets you play Windows games without an internet connection.

WinPlay basically allows the tablet to run Windows software directly. Xiaomi claims that WinPlay’s GPU performance loss is only 2.9 percent, which is quite impressive. But that’s not all, the company has even managed to get Steam running on this tablet that brings access to Valve’s vast gaming library. Keep in mind that simply installing Steam doesn’t let you play all of the games as not every title is supported yet. But this isn’t surprising considering how it isn’t a Windows laptop. To recall, even the Valve’s very own SteamOS has issues when running games from its own platform.

Known tipster Digital Chat Station (Via Fonearena) even shared an image of the tablet running Windows games locally based on the WinPlay engine with support for Xbox controllers. The Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 was even seen running Tomb Raider. It remains to be seen how Xiaomi will expand this tech and whether these will be included on its smartphones as well.
