Lenovo will introduce its 500 USB Type C Universal Dock during CES 2023. The new universal dock is capable of ramping up the data speed when connected via a USB-C cable. It offers up to 10Gbps from two ports. The new Lenovo accessory is being propped as a perfect companion to the Lenovo IdeaPad‘s latest laptops.

It will be interesting to see how the IdeaPad and the 500 USB-C universal dock combine. The wait is virtually over as the two items will be showcased during CES 2023. The 500 USB-C universal docks can indeed work with any Type-C laptop. It comes in a compact and simple white chassis. It has a Display port, an HDMI port, two USB-A ports, and a PC-in Type C port. On the other side of the universal dock are two USB-C ports rated 10Gbps. The power ratings of the ports vary and they allow you to charge an array of devices and accessories.

While CES 2023 is expected to kick off on January 5, 2023, the new universal dock is not expected before April 2023. However, glimpses of the dongle-like USB-C Universal Dock will be seen during CES 2023.

The annual CES event is a global stage for innovation. It’s a melting pot of an array of industry-defining new products and a large gathering of OEMs. Every year, the world’s biggest brands explore new partnerships and products.

The CES is organized by the Consumer Technology Association ad it features all aspects of the tech ecosystem. Next year’s event, CES 2023 holds from 5-8 January 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States.

You may still remember the Lenovo ultrabook IdePad Yoga 11 and Yoga 13 ? This is thin laptop series from Lenovo has a touch screen technology and can also be folded to 360 degrees. Both devices introduced in August last year.

Yoga 13 has a specification of the 13-inch IPS touch screen with 1600 x 900 pixel, packs with 128 GB SSD and powered by Intel Core i5 processors, and priced around  $1000 USD. While Yoga 11 has lower specs, the 11.6-inch touch screen and powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 processor.

This time, Lenovo announced a similar device which is an upgraded version of Yoga 11. The device is named IdeaPad Yoga 11s, with the difference in the processor. If on Yoga 11using the Nvidia Tegra 3 and this Yoga 11s using Intel processors and Windows 8 operating system. Yoga 11s powered by Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM, and a 128GB SSD, offers with $ 799 price.

While fomerly Yoga 11 powered by ARM-based processors, the battery life has 2X than Yoga 13 battery endurance. The new Yoga 11s with Core i3 can run up to 6 hours. Besides 1,366 x 768 screen resolution, there is also another option for 1.600 x 900 resolution. Lenovo IdePad is planned to available on the market in June.

Lenovo has a variety of Windows 8 products at CES, including a 27-inch touch-screen machines, thats product is transfiguration home entertainment desktop, running some custom gestures touch game. Few people may think of these games are Android applications, and provide technical support BlueStacks.

Lenovo is apparently launching a 27 inch ‘table tablet’ running Windows 8 operating system. It’s called IdeaCentre Horizon.

As quote from Lenovo: “As a Table PC, Horizon can lie flat on any surface, lets two or more people use the screen at the same time, supports interactive physical gaming accessories and is designed for touch screen game-play among several players. Lenovo will produce 40 million units of the consumer market computer, all of them will be pre-installed with BlueStacks technology. AMD allows chip makers for its application store Appzone optimizer. This makes the the machine will be loaded with the BlueStacks on 2013 and the technical computer reach 100 million units of the scale.
