<p><a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/netgear">Netgear</a> is introducing more accessible versions of its high-end Orbi and Nighthawk <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/router">router</a> systems. Whether they are actually affordable for you or not, that&#8217;s up to you to decide. </p>

<h3>The Orbi 970 router supports Wi-Fi 7 with speeds of up to 11Gbps</h3>

<p>The recently released Orbi 970, while boasting impressive specs, comes with a<a href="https://geni.us/KBvLy" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow"> hefty price tag</a>. The new Orbi 770 offers a more budget-friendly alternative, starting at $700. This tri-band mesh router system still packs a punch, supporting Wi-Fi 7 with speeds of up to 11Gbps (enough to handle even the most demanding households). That&#8217;s 11 times faster than your typical internet plan (measured in Mbps, not Gbps).</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="652" height="472" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/c533c2b0-2816-11ef-b62f-1c2aeb8d1669.webp?x44794" alt="Netgear Router" class="wp-image-631133" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/c533c2b0-2816-11ef-b62f-1c2aeb8d1669.webp 652w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/c533c2b0-2816-11ef-b62f-1c2aeb8d1669-300x217.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/c533c2b0-2816-11ef-b62f-1c2aeb8d1669-580x420.webp 580w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/c533c2b0-2816-11ef-b62f-1c2aeb8d1669-324x235.webp 324w" sizes="(max-width: 652px) 100vw, 652px" /></figure></div>

<p>Coverage is impressive too, with a three-pack system blanketing up to 8,000 square feet. <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/gaming">Gamers</a> and power users will appreciate the presence of 2.5Gb LAN ports for wired connections. The sleek cylindrical design blends seamlessly into any décor, and with four internal antennas per unit, it promises strong 360-degree Wi-Fi throughout your home.</p>

<p>The Orbi 770 starter pack (router and one satellite) starts at $700, while the three-pack (router and two satellites) costs $1,000. Additional satellites can be purchased for $400 each, ideal for sprawling estates.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><img src="https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/JWbWSfFa11mJ2TwW57k_sw--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTk2MDtoPTk1ODtjZj13ZWJw/https://s.yimg.com/os/creatr-uploaded-images/2024-06/a43c46e0-2816-11ef-876f-96b0c91542f2" alt="A router." /></figure></div>

<p>For those who don&#8217;t require a mesh system, the Netgear Nighthawk RS300 offers a compelling standalone router option. This tri-band router boasts Wi-Fi 7 speeds up to 9.3Gbps, blanketing an area of up to 2,500 square feet and supporting up to 100 devices. It features a pair of 2.5Gbps LAN ports for wired connections, with the option to link two 1Gbps LAN ports for even faster NAS device connections (up to 2Gbps).</p>

<p>A built-in USB thumb drive allows for easy file sharing, and a convenient app lets you manage your network settings. The Nighthawk RS300 is priced at $330, a significantly more affordable option compared to the flagship RS700S.</p>

<h3><strong>Netgear M4350 Series AV key features</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-1024x576.jpeg?x44794" alt="NETGEAR M4350 Series AV switches " class="wp-image-578109" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-300x169.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-768x432.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-696x392.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-1068x601.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches-747x420.jpeg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NETGEAR-AV-line-Switches.jpeg 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>NETGEAR M4350 Series AV switches </figcaption></figure></div>

<p>In the past, AV professionals grappled with intricate IT switches, needing to learn technical terms or hire IT experts. The M4350 simplifies this by offering an AV-centric interface and pre-configured profiles for major audio, video, and lighting protocols, streamlining switch setup for many installations. The M4350 Series includes features like IGMP Plus with Auto-LAG and Auto-Trunk, NSF, Selectable Port-Channel / LAG, Advanced IPv4/IPv6 security, PoE+ and Ultra90 PoE++ options for AVoIP endpoints, and intelligent thermal and acoustic control with fans.</p>

<p>With a portfolio of over 200 switching products, Netgear allows businesses to connect various AV over IP devices, offering flexible speed options ranging from 1 Gbps to 100 Gbps per port. These switches can also support PoE for cameras and other security and surveillance products.</p>

<p>In addition, Netgear has designed other products for AV over IP installations, such as IGMP Plus, which simplifies multicast installations, and their modular switches accommodate copper, fibre, and HDMI inputs. Netgear&#8217;s switches come in various sizes and mounting options, suitable for installations ranging from university campuses to touring road shows.</p>

<p>Technology keeps bringing new phones and computers with better features. But do we really need all these upgrades? If your current device works fine for your daily tasks, you don&#8217;t need a new one. You can also improve old devices with small add-ons. If you share this perspective and you want a better Wi-Fi speed on your computer, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/netgear/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Netgear</a> offers the AXE3000 USB Wi-Fi adapter. It&#8217;s easy to use and makes Wi-Fi faster on laptops without the newest Wi-Fi technology. Here are the details&#8230;</p>

<h2><strong>Netgear USB Adapter Boosts Wi-Fi Speeds with WiFi 6E</strong></h2>

<p>Netgear has launched the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/netgear-axe3000/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AXE3000</a> USB Wi-Fi adapter, a first-of-its-kind USB 3.0 adapter with WiFi 6E technology. This easy-to-use upgrade provides a significant increase in Wi-Fi speeds for PC and laptops lacking the latest Wi-Fi features. The main advantage of the AXE3000 is its ability to access the new 6GHz band, designed specifically for <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/wi-fi-6e/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">WiFi 6E</a> enabled devices.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="Netgear AXE3000" class="wp-image-532947" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/netgear-axe3000-usb-wi-fi-speed-1.jpg 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/netgear-axe3000/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Netgear AXE3000</a> boasts impressive speeds of up to 1.2Gbps, but these maximum speeds require the latest wireless routers and Windows 11 to connect to the 6GHz frequency band. Even with less advanced hardware, the AXE3000 is expected to provide faster Wi-Fi speeds than most laptops currently offer. The adapter works on 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands for maximum compatibility and automatically selects the best band for optimal performance. </p>

<p>Netgear claims connection speeds of up to 600Mbps on the 2.4GHz band, 1.2Gbps on 5GHz, and 1.2Gbps on 6GHz. In addition to improved speed, the adapter also supports the latest WPA3 security and is backward compatible with older Wi-Fi standards. This ensures users can connect to networks with outdated routers, such as those found in coffee shops.</p>

<p>The Nighthawk AXE3000 WiFi 6E USB 3.0 Adapter (A8000) is now available for a recommended price of $112.</p>

<p>The Nighthawk RAXE500 Tri-band Wi-Fi Router is built with expanded capacity to use the present 6GHz Wi-Fi band for higher-capacity, lower latency connections. The router is great for use cases such as simultaneously streaming 4K/8K video, video conferencing, and conducting distance learning. It also features the latest WPA3 protocol, which should provide enhanced security.</p>

<p>The new high-end router has a semblance with a manta ray, which is similar to other products on Netgear&#8217;s Nighthawk line of wireless routers. Netgear says the router can push beyond gigabit speeds for mobile devices, and that it offers a total bandwidth of up to 10.8Gbps.</p>
<p><figure id="attachment_365972" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-365972" style="width: 883px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-365972" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021.jpg?x44794" alt="Netgear Wireless APs" width="883" height="489" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021.jpg 883w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021-300x166.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021-768x425.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021-696x385.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NETGEAR-Wireless-APs-CES-2021-758x420.jpg 758w" sizes="(max-width: 883px) 100vw, 883px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-365972" class="wp-caption-text">Netgear Wireless APs</figcaption></figure></p>
<p>Furthermore, the new Nighthawk RAXE500 Router features five-gigabit ports and two USB 3.0 ports on its rear. It supports multi-gigabit speeds via a compatible DOCSIS 3.1 modem, either through the RAXE500’s single 2.5Gb link or by opting for a multiport link aggregation method (which offers up to 2Gbps speeds).</p>
<p>The Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500 is priced at $599.99 and will be available later this month while the Nighthawk LAX20 costs $299.99 and the LM1200 LTE modem costs $149.99.</p>

<p>The NETGEAR NightHawk is a 5G mobile hotspot that was unveiled a few days ago and was used to carry out the world&#8217;s first millimeter wave mobile 5G browsing session. Since it has a Snapdragon 855 processor powering it, it means it also has the Snapdragon X50 5G modem. The mobile hotspot will be exclusive to AT&amp;T and will go on sale later this year but a price has not yet been announced.</p>
<p>AT&amp;T will be the first carrier to introduce 5G services in the United States. Their plan is to roll out services in at least 12 cities before the end of the year and bump it to 19 cities early next year.</p>
