Now, the company is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/08/28/oppo-reno2-reservations-china/">all set to launch</a> the same smartphone series in China on 10th September.</p>
<p>While the Reno2 series phones will get launched in China next week, Oppo&#8217;s Vice President Shen Yiren has revealed that the company is gearing up to launch yet another smartphone, which will feature a 90Hz display.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-272682 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing.jpg?x10805" alt="Oppo Reno2" width="728" height="525" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing.jpg 728w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing-300x216.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing-324x235.jpg 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing-696x502.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oppo-reno2-listing-582x420.jpg 582w" sizes="(max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px" /></p>
<p>However, he has confirmed that the 90Hz display smartphone is not the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-2/">Oppo Reno2</a> and will be a new smartphone. The phone is expected to get launched in the second half of this month, after the launch of Reno2 lineup in China.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/OPPO-90HZ-screen.png?x10805'><img width="300" height="117" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/OPPO-90HZ-screen-300x117.png?x10805" class="attachment-medium size-medium" alt="OPPO 90HZ screen" loading="lazy" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/OPPO-90HZ-screen-300x117.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/OPPO-90HZ-screen.png 589w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></a>

<p>However, no more details about this smartphone have been revealed so far. Another report claims that the company will completely get rid of the 60Hz screen from its flagship smartphones in a couple of years.</p>
<p>Since the Oppo <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-2/">Reno2</a> smartphone has already been launched in India, it&#8217;s full specifications is known. It features a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED Panoramic display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 93.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone also comes with an under-display fingerprint sensor for added security.</p>

<p>The phone’s front panel is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 6, while the back panel is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/04/09/qualcomm-announces-snapdragon-665-snapdragon-730-and-snapdragon-730g-with-focus-on-ai-photography-and-gaming/">Snapdragon 730G</a> octa-core processor.</p>
<p>The smartphone packs 8GB RAM and comes with 256GB internal storage. Focusing on the gaming side, the company will be offering anti-cheat extensions, 25% better graphic processing, HDR10 Gaming support, and Game Assistant, among others.</p>
<p>The device is equipped with a selfie camera of 16-megapixel and houses a quad-camera setup on the back. It consists of a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel lens, a 13-megapixel sensor, and a 2-megapixel lens. Powered by a 4,000mAh battery, the phone comes with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast-charging support.</p>

<p>You can pre-order  OPO starting from October 27 at 15:00 GMT . Unfortunately, you will just have one hour time window to  place an order for the OnePlus One. The pre-order system will not completely swap ongoing invites system, both runs homologous.<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Gplus.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-34270" alt="Gplus" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Gplus.png?x10805" width="920" height="690" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Gplus.png 920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Gplus-300x225.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 920px) 100vw, 920px" /></a></p>
<p>Carl Pei, director of OnePlus Global, earlier in his blog mention that,</p>
<p>&#8220;During a limited time window, you will be able to place an order for the OnePlus One. If we have the items in stock, we’ll ship immediately. If we don’t, it will automatically become a pre-order. No matter what, we’ll always tell you our best approximation for when it will ship before you submit the payment authorization (we’ll reserve the payment and charge you when we ship).</p>
<p>There’s a time limit, but no limit on the amount of orders that can be made. If we get a lot of pre-orders, we’ll simply show you a longer shipping estimation date. Any time after the pre-order time window closes, you’ll be able to forfeit your place in line, cancel the order, and release the payment reserve if you don’t wish to wait any longer. If you receive an invite while waiting for a pre-order to ship, you can apply it to skip the pre-order queue and have your order shipped immediately.&#8221;</p>
<p>So this move is going to be a quite big bet for the company, though this might just be a small step towards availability  from mainstream consumer electronics, with already fan base all over the world this would surely bump up its share and shipment. They have pre planned in such a way that there will be no mess created between supply and demand.</p>
<p>Not just this, OPO accessories will be sold at special offered  prices when added to your order only during pre-order period.<span style="line-height: 1.5em"><br />

<p><strong>Dispaly</strong></p>
<p>As for display, the screens of both two models are very impressive, because the screens are extremely close in quality and brightness. IUNI U3 features a 2.D curved screen, while One Plus features a floating touch screen. The difference between them is the design. The former is comfortable to hold, while the latter looks more fashionable.  As everybody knows, there is no difference when you using 2K screen or 1080P screen. If I don’t mention the resolutions, you cannot even tell  what is the difference between them by eyes only.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/5513025_13_thumb.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-33064 aligncenter" alt="5513025_13_thumb" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/5513025_13_thumb-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p>But there are still some differences in the front: the 3 on-screen buttons. IUNI U3 has put the 3 on-screen buttons inside the interface and you can choose to hide them; While One Plus makes them outside the screen, those buttons show just like notification light. In addition, Both of their menu buttons and back buttons are in a opposite side.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/113.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-33066 aligncenter" alt="1" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/113-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p>Another difference is the speaker. One Plus has a stereo speaker which located in the bottom of the phone, IUNI U3 has a mono speaker which in the back of the phone.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/310.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33068" alt="3" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/310.jpg?x10805" width="295" height="197" /></a><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/212.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33067" alt="2" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/212.jpg?x10805" width="295" height="197" /></a></p>
<p>Both of two models feature a 13MP camera, One Plus has a dual LED flash while IUNI U3 with a single LED flash.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/43.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-33069 aligncenter" alt="4" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/43-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /> </a></p>
<p>The power button and volume button of IUNI U3 are on the left. One Plus has only power button on the left , its volume button and Micro-SIM slot are on the right. In order to put SIM into the slot, the back cover of IUNI U3 is detachable, but its battery is non-removable. For One plus, back cover is undetachable and battery is non-removable.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/73.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33071" alt="7" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/73.jpg?x10805" width="295" height="197" /></a><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/63.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33070" alt="6" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/63.jpg?x10805" width="295" height="197" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Performance</strong></p>
<p>There is no doubt that IUNI U3 and One Plus own the best hardware currently. IUNI U3 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974AA quad-core processor 2.3GHz , with 3GB RAM and 32 internal storage; while One Plus features a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974AC quad-core processor 2.5GHz, with 3GB RAM and 32 internal storage. IUNI U3 features IUNI OS which based on Android 4.4.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/5308296_24_thumb.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-33076" alt="5308296_24_thumb" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/5308296_24_thumb-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/8.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-33072" alt="8" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/8-168x300.png?x10805" width="180" height="280" /></a><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/9.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-33073" alt="9" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/9-168x300.png?x10805" width="180" height="280" /></a></p>
<p>One Plus features Color OS which also based on Android 4.4.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/4682116_IMG_0295_thumb.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-33078 aligncenter" alt="4682116_IMG_0295_thumb" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/4682116_IMG_0295_thumb-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/00.png?x10805"> </a></p>
<p><strong>Camera</strong></p>
<p>One Plus sports the latest Sony’s IMX214 sensor which performs well in the industry. IUNI U3 sports Sony’s  IMX135 sensor with Optical Image Stabilization, but its image quality is less better than One Plus.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/123.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-33080 aligncenter" alt="12" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/123-300x247.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://img0.pconline.com.cn/pconline/1409/29/5513025_sesanceshi.jpg" width="600" height="438" /></p>

<p>Let&#8217;s look at the color performance and white balance of IUNI U3( left) and One Plus(Right). After we have seen some sample photos, UNI U3 does a better job of accurate colors, especially when dealing with red and green colors. While One Plus could capture a huge amount of details with a better IMX214 sensor.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/83.jpg?x10805"> </a></p>
<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/67.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-33088" alt="67" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/67-300x200.jpg?x10805" width="480" height="330" /></a></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;">We could find that IUNI U3 and One Plus are very competitive in the market at the price of 2000RMB($325) in China. Both of them will give customers more surprises as their unique design and excellent performance. But which one is better, which one you should buy,  you&#8217;d better hear your inner voice and make a choice.</span></p>

<p>Though there are many high end features in all, Galaxy Note 4 stands tall in terms of specification and OPO deserves in budget factor.</p>

<p>Since it&#8217;s launch it has created an huge hype for serious buyers and it is also a hot favorite to buyers. It has proved to be a flagship killer and a better pill among others. It do stand to their promises.</p>
<p>It started to sell the phones through unusual invite system, and was a hard task for the customers to get hands on.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/wpid-wp-1409325745477.jpeg?x10805"><img title="wp-1409325745477" class="alignnone size-full" alt="image" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/wpid-wp-1409325745477.jpeg?x10805" /></a></p>
<p>In a recent release OPO stated,<br />
<em>We are working on a pre-orders system, we were initially aiming for September but it’s been slightly delayed, hopefully we’ll be ready to launch it in October.</em><br />
&#8211; OnePlus One in Reddit </p>
<p>So this can prove even more better for the buyers, but the shift is mostly because of clads from it&#8217;s market i.e. phones from Xiaomi, ZTE, IUNI which boasts almost the same specs and price.</p>

<p>OnePlus has a new job listing on its official website: General Manager, India. Which hints that it enters Indian market in some time.</p>
<p>After success of Chinese OEM&#8217;s in India more and more Chinese manufacturers are trying to enter sub-continent market. This is turning Indian market upside down as they are offering high-end devices for affordable price which is a clean strategy to improve it&#8217;s expansion.</p>
<p>Coming to it&#8217;s spec it features a 5.5inch FHD display, a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front. It boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SOC coupled with 3GB RAm and 16/64Gb ROM option. It supports all standard connectivity with a 4G LTE. The most eye catching feature is it comes with CM11s right out of box.</p>
