Samsung finally debuted the Galaxy S25 series of flagship smartphones globally last month. But now, it has finally begun the early delivery of these premium phones for customers who pre-ordered them in India. So here’s everything you need to know.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series early deliveries kick off

The South Korean tech giant unveiled the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra with cutting edge specs and features. These models are now getting shipped to the customers who pre-ordered ahead of the official sale date, which is on Friday. Samsung is bringing the latest flagship smartphones to early bird customers before 7th February 2025.

To recall, the Galaxy S25 starts from 80,999 INR for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra have a starting price of 99,999 INR and 129,999 INR respectively. Customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S25 Ultra also get a benefit worth 21,000 INR. Out of this, the storage upgrade alone is worth 12,000 INR since the 512GB variant is priced the same as the 256GB option. The rest is a 9,000 INR upgrade bonus.

Similarly, those who pre-ordered the Galaxy S25+ get benefits worth 12,000 INR and the Galaxy S25’s early buyers get access to 11,000 INR in benefits. Both of these are similar storage upgrades to 512GB for the same price as the 256GB storage configuration.

The entire lineup is still up for pre-orders across all leading online and offline retail stores. There is also an option for no-cost EMI options as well for the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models. While the Galaxy S25 models are still relatively new, the Galaxy S26 Ultra have already started surfacing online as well.

Google is gearing up for a major launch event in which it will unveil the Pixel 8 series of smartphones. The new Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are set to be announced on 4th October 2023. So here’s when the new devices will be available for pre-orders in India.

Google Pixel 8 series India pre-order dates

The Search Engine giant is planning on unveiling the new devices on October 4, with pre-orders for the smartphones kicking off on the same date. Earlier today (2nd October 2023), the company announced that the Pixel 8 series will be available for pre-orders from Flipkart. In other words, the pre-orders for these devices will go live soon after the launch event is over.

Based on what we know so far, the Pixel 8 lineup will be powered by the new Tensor G3 SoC along with the Titan M2 chipset. The base Pixel 8 will feature 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, while the Pixel 8 Pro offers up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The higher-end model will sport a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display that offers 120Hz refresh rate and 2K+ resolution. The Pixel 8 series is also expected to feature a higher price tag. Asus has just began taking pre-orders for a couple of its latest generation of gaming laptops. These notebooks fall under its ROG (Republic of Gamers) lineup’s Zephyrus and Strix Scar series. So here are all the details.

With the new ROG laptops, the company is aiming to offer a top notch gaming experience. These new gaming notebooks will be equipped with the latest CPUs and GPUs from the likes of AMD, Intel, and Nvidia. OnePlus Buds Pro 2R Pre-orders Now Live in India

Back in February, OnePlus had announced the new Buds Pro 2R alongside its flagship hearable model, the Buds Pro 2, in the Indian market. And now, the company has finally made the new hearable available for pre-orders.

For those unaware, the Chinese smartphone maker had first unveiled this new truly wireless earbuds as a more affordable variant of the Buds Pro 2 model. Earlier this week, the brand even announced these earbuds in the Chinese market as the Buds Pro 2 Lite. The primary difference between the Buds Pro 2 and the Buds Pro 2R is just the lack of some features. The latter basically lacks the former’s head tracking and wireless charging.

Apart from this, the two models are basically identical. It also houses a dual driver setup that consists of an 11mm and 6mm drivers, adaptive active noise cancellation up to 48dB, transparency mode, LHDC 5.0 audio codec, and 54ms low latency mode for gaming. The Buds Pro 2R supports Bluetooth 5.2 and offers 39 hours of battery life with the charging case. While it doesn’t support head tracking, it still supports spatial audio.

The new OnePlus Buds Pro 2R arrives in two color options, Obsidian Black and Misty White, and will be available for pre-orders starting today. It has a price tag of 9,999 INR, with the pre-orders live from March 7 to March 13 on Amazon and the company’s official website. The official sale will begin starting from March 14. LG Gram 2023 & Gram Style Pre-orders Live Now, Features 13th Gen Intel CPU

Earlier today (25th January 2023), LG announced it has began taking pre-orders for the Gram 2023 (17Z90R, 16Z90R) and Gram Style (16Z90RS and 14Z90RS) ultrabook models. These notebooks were announced during the CES 2023 event a couple of weeks prior, so here are all the details.

Looking at the new laptops, the South Korean brand has opted for a glass design on both of these models. We can tell that there was an emphasis on design since the angle at which the light hits the laptop also affects the color that is reflected. Furthermore, both models also come with a ‘hidden’ haptic touchpad with soft LED backlighting that illuminates the surface.

LG Gram Style

Talking about the Gram Style variant first, it arrives in display size variants, which includes a 14 inch and a 16 inch model. The latter has a 3,200 x 2,000px resolution while the former has a 2,880 x 1,800px resolution (WQXGA+). Furthermore, both models features an OLED display panel. The taller 16 inch variant even offers 120Hz refresh rate, while the 14 inch variant offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The panels on the Style models also have Anti Glare.

Under the hood, Intel’s latest 13th Gen Core Processor powers the device, which is be paired with 256GB of Gen4 NVMe SSD storage and 16GB of RAM. The CPU is paired with Intel’s Iris Xe integrated graphics as well. The 16 inch model weighs 1,230 grams while the 14 inch model weighs just 999 grams. The laptops are also equipped with either an 80Wh or a 72Wh battery pack depending on the size variant you opt for.

LG Gram 2023

The brand has also launched two variants with the 2023 lineup of the standard Gram laptops as well. This includes a 17 inch version that has a 2,560 x 1,600px resolution and a 14 inch model that has the same WQXGA panel. Notably, the screen on both models is an IPS LCD panel. However, the smaller version only supports 60Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the Gram 17 offers up to 144Hz refresh rate (VRR) and a normal refresh rate of 60Hz as well.

These laptops are also equipped with 13th Gen Intel Core processors but can also be outfitted with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3050 mobile GPUs. This enables the 17 inch variant to support VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), which can automatically adjust the refresh rate from 31Hz to 144Hz depending on the usage. Other notable features include Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI connectivity along with the first ever appearance of Dolby Atmos in the Gram lineup.

Pricing & Availability

The LG Gram Style 14 inch model with 13th Gen Intel Core i5 has a price tag of 2.49 million won (roughly 2,018 US Dollars). On the other hand, the 16 inch variant is available for a 2.74 million won (roughly 2,221 US Dollars) price tag. Meanwhile, the Gram 16 inch with an i5 CPU can be pre ordered for 2,44 million won (roughly 1,977 US Dollars) while the 17 inch model costs 2.59 million won (roughly 2,099 US Dollars).

The company has already begun taking reservations for these laptops, which will continue till the 1st of February in South Korea. Those that Pre-orders these notebooks will get a gram mouse, gift pack, and goodies on a first come, first served basis, as per official notes.

The Qin 3 starts from 999 Yuan (roughly 145 US Dollars), while the Qin 3 Pro and Qin 3 Ultra have a price tag of 1,399 Yuan (roughly 202 US Dollars) and 1,599 Yuan (roughly 232 US Dollars) respectively. The Red Magic 8 Pro is set to be the first gaming smartphone in the market to launch with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Now, this gaming smartphone’s pre-orders have just gone live in China, so here are all the details.

The Chinese smartphone maker has just began taking reservations for its latest flagship smartphone on JD.com, which is a popular e-retail website in China. The pre-orders are currently ahead of the device’s official announcement. As of right now, it is unclear when the company will actually launch the handset, although it is expected to be announced on the 26th of December 2022. While the launch event is a while away, a recent TENAA listing has revealed its key specifications as well.

Based on this listing, we know that the device will sport a 6.8 inch OLED display that offers high refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. Since it is a gaming smartphone, it will also house a robust cooling system to keep thermals in check during intensive tasks like gaming. This cooling mechanism will even include a heat dissipation turbofan as well. Sony reveals PlayStation VR2 headset pricing and release date

Sony has officially revealed the pricing and the release date for its PlayStation VR2 headset. The new announcement also shares the information for the virtual reality based headset, which is similar to the launch timeline of the new DualSense Edge.

As per official notes, the Japanese tech giant will begin pre-orders on November 15 in various markets across the globe. Although, registrations for the pre-orders are already live. The company has also opened a dedicated web page for the PS VR2. Keep in mind, the brand did say that registering does not guarantee that you will be able to pre-order a PS VR2 headset. Sony will also be limiting the orders to just one unit per ‘PSN ID per household.’ This is likely to avoid hoarders or scalpers or because of limited supply but a higher demand.

Furthermore, the company is apparently only letting pre-orders go out to regions where the PS VR2 headset can be sold directly. Meaning, only countries where the PlayStation Direct Store can deliver is eligible for the early buyers. If you are able to meet all these criterias, you can place pre-orders for the new headset on November 15. It will go for a price tag of 5499 US Dollars, which includes taxed. The company will also ship the new PS VR2 headset alongside the PS VR2 Sense controllers and even stereo headphones as well.

Sony is also offering the new PlayStation VR2 in a Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle for 599 US Dollars. This basically adds a PlayStation Store voucher code for Horizon Call of the Mountain. While the early orders are set to go live soon, the brand will only begin shipping of the new headset by next year. The company is expected to start selling the device and its accessories on 22nd February 2023. Earlier this year, Asus had unveiled the new Zenbook 17 Fold OLED during the CES 2022 event. Now, the company is officially launching this device in the Indian market, so let’s have a look at this unique foldable laptop.

For those unaware, the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED is the world’s first 17.3 inch foldable OLED Intel Evo certified laptop. Today, the Chinese manufacturer released the first hands-on video so we can check out how it performs.
