OnePlus 3 6GB RAM Version Finally Passes TENAA Certification

by Joe 7

OnePlus 3 specs have almost been confirmed thanks to the certifications in China as well as US. However, up till now, we only saw a 4GB RAM version of the phone. Now, the 6GB OnePlus 3 version has finally made it to the TENAA certification website, which confirms the existence of this large RAM model. We had exclusively reported a while back that the phone will come in two variants, 4GB RAM + 32GB and 6GB RAM + 64GB, so this news shouldn’t come as a surprise.

As for the overall design, it seems to be exactly like the ones we have seen before. So, a metal body with HTC like back and 2.5D glass up front and a physical home button embedded fingerprint sensor that’s inspired from the Meizu Blue Charm series. Overall, the OnePlus 3 is a pretty decent looking device and we hope that it looks even better in different color options like gold and black.

Coming to the specs, TENAA confirms that the phone will come with Snapdragon 820 clocked at 2.15GHz with 4GB / 6GB RAM options and 64GB of internal storage. Like the previous generation model, the OnePlus 3 will come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display. At the back, there will be a 16MP camera while up front, a 5MP shooter. Unfortunately, for some reason, the company decided to drop the Laser Focus from the new generation model. It comes with a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0.1.

Pricing is expected to be cheap. Our sources said that the Oneplus 3 4GB RAM model should start at 1999 Yuan ($308). This would be quite competitive, taking on both the Xiaomi Mi 5 and the ZUK Z2 model which was announced today. However, the Z2 is actually cheaper, costing just 1799 Yuan ($273) for the 4GB RAM version, which is impressive.

We will have to wait and see how aggressively OnePlus prices its new flagship. The OnePlus 3 announcement should be sometime mid-June according to earlier rumors, but availability should only be later in June since the pre-release peer review program kicks off from June 13 and continues till 20th.

Dear, donot believe the 1+Lies phones, thanks for your support of the millet.

  • Just another old guy

OnePlus1 was quite impressive. But SD820 on OnePlus2 was a failure.

And again OnePlus invite system was SUPER OXYMORON. If their price is reasonable cheap and great hardware and software specs then why so worried about stock cannot sell ? people will queue to buy (See Xiaomi and how their stock always sold out).

Nowadays i will try to wait for an honest review before i dare to buy, Some reviewer probably got bribed by vendors that they posted so obviously good review that in fact is not the truth

I cannot wait anymore for xiaomi Redmi Note 3 pro, always no stock. It has been a couple months without any news about new stock replenish to Mi official shop Singapore. What the hell they are thinking selling invisible smartphones ?

Now probably i have to start aiming for other brands ,for now the candidates are OnePlus3 and Zuk Z2 as their price is affordable with great hardwares.

I think normally Zuk (backed by big brand lenovo) got better stock qty than Xiaomi or OnePlus.

My Stupid cheapo smartphone , i think the brand was bluebo already got more and more problematic. Unbearable to use already *sigh*
