Today, Vivo has posted a promotional poster of its upcoming phone, the Vivo X5 Max. This phone had recently received its network license at the Ministry of Information and Industry Technology’s website and it might be the thinnest cellphone I have ever seen. According to its entry at the MIIT website, its dimensions are 153.9 x 78 x 4.75mm.With a thickness of 4.75mm, it is slimmer than the OPPO R5 which is 4.85mm thick.

As for its specifications, the Vivo X5 Max sports a 5-inch 1080p display screen and has a 1.7GHz octa-core processor (MT6752), 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, a 5mp front-facing camera, and 13mp rear-facing camera. It also runs the Android 4.4.4 operating system. No word on its battery as of now. Reportedly, it may be launched this December.
