A new Meizu phone has popped up at China’s communication agency, TENAA. The new phone shares a similar design to the Meizu M5 Note released a few months ago.
The phone has model number M612C. Some sources have said the similarity in the model number of this new phone and the M5 Note hints at it being the Meizu M5X.
The listing shows the phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It will also be available in three memory configurations. A base version with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM; a standard version with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage; and a high-end version with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.
The Meizu M612C is equipped with a 13MP camera on the rear and a 5MP sensor up front. The phone also comes pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. All other specs of the phone remain unknown. The new device is expected to launch later this month, so its no coincidence it is on TENAA’s website already.
