HMD Global has launched a new variant of the Nokia 8 in its home country Finland. Unlike the first model that has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, this variant adds an extra 2GB of RAM and doubles the storage.

The launch of the new model provides an option for those who want the Nokia 8 but with more storage and RAM. There is no mention of when the model will be released outside of Finland though it was first seen last month getting certified by the FCC.

The 6GB Nokia 8 is available on DNA and Verkkokauppa for €648.72 and €649.90 (~$769) respectively. Both retailers also offer payment in monthly installments. Though the phone is only available in blue at the moment.

The Nokia 8 has a 5.3-inch QHD screen and is powered by the Snapdragon 853 processor. While it doesn’t have thin bezels like some of its competitors, it does feature dual rear cameras – two 13MP sensors in the monochrome + RGB format. There is also a 13MP in front for selfies.
