Huawei will be launching the P20 and P20 Pro flagship phones in Paris, France tomorrow. The entire specs, features and pricing of the P20 and P20 Pro have surfaced through multiple leaks in the recent months. The Chinese manufacturer is also speculated to debut the mysterious Porsche Design Mate RS alongside the P20 and P20 Pro phones. Here is everything that is known about the P20 duo and Porsche Design Mate RS.

Huawei P20 Specs, Features and Pricing

The metal-bodied Huawei P20 is expected to feature a 5.8-inch IPS LCD display that supports FHD+ resolution of  2240 x 1080 pixels. Because of the small notch present at the topside of the screen, it will be offering an aspect ratio of 19:9. It will be featuring a front-facing home button embedded with a fingerprint scanner.

 

The Kirin 970 chipset will be powering the P20 that is likely to be coupled with 4 GB of RAM. It is expected to include 128 GB of internal storage. The 3,400mAh battery of the phone is expected to carry support for 5V/4.5A SuperCharge fast charging technology by Huawei.

The dual rear cameras of P20 that are engineered by Leica and SUMMILUX is expected to include 12-megapixel RGB sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 20-megapixel monochrome sensor with f/1.6 aperture. The dual camera module also includes an infrared RGB sensor, laser autofocus module and LED flash. It is expected to carry support for 720p slow-motion video shooting. It may feature the same 24-megapixel selfie camera that is available on the Huawei P20 Lite.

The other features that could be available on the P20 include Android 8.1 Oreo flavored with EMUI 8.1, USB-C 3.1 with DisplayPort support, 31 LTE bands, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi. It lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset is expected to land in Europe with a pricing of 649 euros. It is likely to be available in three colors like Black, Blue and Pink.

Huawei P20 Pro Specs, Features and Pricing

Dress in a metal unibody chassis, the Huawei P20 Pro is expected to arrive with a 6.1-inch OLED display that will support FHD+ resolution of 2240 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio.  It also features a home button embedded fingerprint scanner at the front.

The Kirin 970 chipset along with 6 GB of RAM is expected to power the phone. It is expected to feature a native storage of 128 GB. A 4,000mAh battery enabled with SuperCharge fast charging technology is speculated to be present inside the P20 Pro.

The Leica and SUMMILUX branded triple-lens setup of the P20 Pro is expected to include a 40-megapixel RGB sensor, a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. The 40-megapixel sensor has 3x zoom, but by combining with the telephoto lens, the P20 Pro’s triple camera setup offers 5x hybrid zoom. Like the P20, it is also expected to arrive with support for slow-motion video shooting. For snapping selfies, it may feature a 24-megapixel front-facing camera.

The P20 Pro is expected to run on Android 8.1 Oreo + EMUI 8.1 and it is pegged to feature the same connectivity features that are available on the P20. It is rumored to arrive in Europe with a pricing of 899 euros. Apart from Black, Blue and Pink, it will be also available in a special Twilight color option.

Huawei Porsche Design Mate RS

Huawei will be also launching another phone called Huawei Porsche Design Mate RS tomorrow. Rumors surrounding it suggest that it is a different from P20, P20 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche Design.

It is expected to arrive with horizontally arranged triple-lens setup. It may feature the same specs as P20 Pro, but may include a massive internal storage of 512 GB.
