Before Huami launched the Amazfit Sports Watch 3, it had teased that there will be an elite edition. The company equally announced a special Amazfit Sports Watch 3 Star Wars Limited Edition on launch day. Even though it was launched on the same day with the Amazfit Sports Watch 3, the Star Wars Edition has not gone on sale until now.
Huami, during its conference today, also disclosed that the Amazfit Sports Watch 3 Star Wars Edition will go on sale from December 19. It carries a price tag of 1699 yuan ($241), same as the price of the Elite edition. Of course, this will be exclusive to the Chinese market. As a matter of fact, the Star Wars Edition isn’t likely going to be sold outside China.

The Amazfit Sports Watch 3 Star Wars Edition comes with a custom strap with one of Master Yoda’s quotes “Train You Must” inscribed on one side while the short strap says “Vader Is My Motivator”. It also has a custom dial, customized bezel, and comes in a special box with souvenirs. Apart from that, it is similar to the Elite edition in that it is covered with AF+AR coated sapphire glass and a titanium bezel and features quick-release fluoro-rubber straps.
The Sports Watch 3 is equipped with a rugged build with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top of the 1.34-inch JDI Full-Moon™ reflective low-power colour display. There are four buttons on both versions of the watch.
