Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro has surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG certification site with the model number SM-G736U_NA_XAU. The listing does not offer any details regarding this handset, however, it is expected to be the long-rumored Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro 2. Recent leaks and rumors have hinted at several key design features and specifications of the smartphone. It is believed to be the brand’s first 5G rugged smartphone. It is expected to feature a Snapdragon 778G Processor and run Android 12-based OneUI skin.
As initially spotted by Mukul Sharma, Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG website. The listing only revealed the model number and phone’s name. It didn’t have any specifications of the smartphone. A recent Google Play listing revealed that the Galaxy XCover6 Pro is just a renamed Galaxy XCover Pro 2.

Past reports have hinted at the Galaxy XCover6 Pro being a 5G smartphone unlike its predecessor Galaxy XCover Pro. The smartphone allegedly has a rugged design and will sport a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with 1080 x 2408-pixel resolution and a pixel density of 450 dots per inch.

The Samsung handset is also believed to be powered by a Snapdragon 778G SoC. The device will likely measure 169.5mm x 81.1mm x 10.1mm and run an Android 12-based operating system out of the box. It will also come with a 3.5mm audio jack. As per the leaked render images, the smartphone will have a dew-drop notch and thick bezels going around the display. The handset is also shown to have a dual rear camera unit, arranged in the top left corner.
