Amazfit is known for its smartwatches but the company also has a lineup of fitness trackers and the company is now gearing up to launch its next-generation fitness tracker in the market — Amazfit Band 7.

As the name itself indicates, the Amazfit Band 7 will launch a successor to the Amazfit Band 5 that was launched a couple of years ago. Now, a new report about the features and specifications of the device has surfaced online.

Amazfit Band 7 Leak

The Amazfit Band 7, which is codenamed Bari, has some similarities with the Redmi Smart Band Pro in terms of design. It will come with a 4.7-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 194 x 368 pixels and 500 nits peak brightness.

The device will also have a PPG heart rate sensor with support for 24/7 heart rate tracking along with sleep and stress monitoring. Similar to other such devices, when paired with a smartphone, it can show notifications, along with other basic functions.

It is said to come with support for more than 100 sports modes with support for automatic workout detection. As per the report, the device will pack 8MB of RAM and 128MB of storage and it can be paired with smartphones running Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and above using Bluetooth 5.1.

The fitness tracker is reportedly 5ATM water-resistant and weighs 28 grams. It is powered by a 230mAh battery that can provide a battery life of up to 18 days on regular usage and nine days on heavy usage. The device is expected to get launched later this year and could be priced at around $50.
