iQOO has confirmed that it will announce iQOO 11 on Dec. 2 in Malaysia. It appears that the pre-order page for the iQOO 11 series went live sometime on Vivo China’s website. Some Weibo users managed to take a screenshot of the listing before it was taken down.

The above image reveals that the iQOO 11 is scheduled to launch at 2:30 pm (local time) on Dec. 2. So, it appears that iQOO 11 will be launching in Malaysia and China on the same day.

The Vivo X90 Pro+ launched yesterday as China’s first-ever phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 onboard. Speculations are rife that the iQOO 11 will be the first phone in the global market to feature the SD8G2 chip.

According to a recent report, the iQOO 11 will feature a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display that produces a Quad HD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature an under-display fingerprint scanner and run on the OriginOS 3-flavored Android 13 OS in China.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip will be accompanied by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Reports have claimed that the highest configuration variant of the device will offer 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of native storage. It will come with support for 120W fast charging for its 5,000mAh battery.

For selfies, the iQOO 11 will have a 16-megapixel front camera. Its back panel may feature a 50-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 8-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit with Vivo V2 ISP.

Other features of the device include NFC, an independent display chip, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The phone will measure 164.8x77x8.5mm and weigh 205 grams. It is likely to arrive in two colors: Isle of Man Edition and Track Edition. There is no word on the price of the device.
