In our recent reports, we had covered news regarding Huawei apparently gearing up to launch its newest generation of P60 series and Mate 60 series of smartphones. Now, the latest information has revealed the possible launch timeline for the two flagship lineup of devices.
As per a previous report, a number of key specifications regarding the Chinese tech giant’s upcoming flagship phones were revealed. A known tipster has shared images for the Mate 60 and even shared some of its features. The device will reportedly be equipped with a 4G only Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the P60 is expected to launch with a 4G only Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.
Now, sources close to the matter have claimed that Huawei might be releasing both devices in the first quarter of next year, with the launch month believed to be in Match 2023. Initially, there were rumors regarding the brand possibly reviving its HiSilicon Kirin series of chipsets. But this might not be the case, as the company is expected to offer its flagship phones with just Snapdragon processors.
Furthermore, the sources have further added that the new high end smartphone will enter into mass production soon.
