The Tecno Phantom X2 will be available for prebooking starting at 12 pm (local time) today on Amazon India. To recall, Tecno unveiled the Phantom X2 and Phantom X2 Pro globally in December 2022. The vanilla model will be available for purchase for the first time on Jan. 9 in India. Ahead of it, it is now available for prebooking through Amazon India.

Those who prebook the Phantom X2 will receive benefits such as no-cost EMI for six months, a free Amazon Prime membership for a year, and a free upgrade to the Phantom X2’s next generation. In addition, as a launch offer, there is a special discount of Rs 2,000 (~$24). The first 1,000 customers of the Phantom X2 will get a free trolley bag worth Rs 5,490 (~$66).

The Tecno Phantom X2 is priced at Rs 39,999 (~$484). It comes in an 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage configuration only. The X2 can be purchased in Stardust Grey and Moonlght Silver colors.

The Phantom X2 houses a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. The screen offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It also offers an in-display fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The X2 is a flagship phone powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset.

The SoC is coupled with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone boots to Android 12 OS and HiOS 12.1. The device packs a 5,160mAh battery, which supports 45W fast charging.

On the front, the Phantom X2 has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The back panel of the phone features a triple camera unit headlined by a 64-megapixel primary camera. It is assisted by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel camera.
