AnTuTu, the renowned benchmarking platform, has released alleged benchmark scores for the upcoming vivo X90s smartphone, indicating a groundbreaking performance in the Android realm. The device, identified as model number “V2241HA,” features the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, operating on the Android 13.
Vivo X90s Sets New Android Performance Record
The most notable highlight of the vivo X90s is the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, which contributes to its exceptional performance. The chipset features a primary Cortex-X3 core clocked at 3.35 GHz, three Cortex-A715 performance cores running at 3.0 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores operating at 2.0 GHz. According to AnTuTu, the device achieved an impressive total score of 1,657,772 in the AnTuTu V10 benchmark. Breaking down the scores, the CPU achieved 435,656, GPU scored 605,932, MEM scored 314,297, and UX scored 301,887.
AnTuTu says that the vivo X90s outperforms current Android flagship models on AnTuTu V10 and the performance of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset has significantly improved from its predecessor Dimensity 9200. In other benchmark tests, the vivo X90s also excelled. In Geekbench 6, it achieved 1790 points in the single-core test and 5381 points in the multi-core test.
These results further solidify the smartphone’s superior performance compared to its competitors, such as the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, as well as other flagship devices featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Additionally, the Vivo X90s boasts upgraded hardware configurations, making it highly anticipated by tech enthusiasts.
With LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, the X90s offers a storage variant of 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The smartphone integrates the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU, and comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz, ensuring smooth graphics performance.
The official image of the Vivo X90s was spotted a few days back. The device has also obtained certifications from China’s MIIT and 3C, while also making appearances on Google Play Console and TENAA listings. The device’s imminent launch seems highly likely with rumors pointing to a June 2023 release. Vivo will become the official mobile phone partner of the Hangzhou Asian Games. The Vice President of Vivo attended the official signing ceremony. He officially handed over the upcoming flagship phone, the vivo X90s, to the organizing committee of the Asian Games.
