A landing page of the upcoming JioBook has emerged on Amazon India. The page confirms that the budget-friendly notebook will be announced on July 31 in India. The landing has also confirmed some of the key features of the device.
To recall, Reliance was listed with a price tag of Rs 19,500 on the Government-eMarketplace (GEM) in India in October 2022. It was later listed on Reliance Digital with a price tag of Rs 15,799, but there was no official announcement on its arrival. Now, the device is all set to go official on July 31. Here is a look at the key features of the device.

With JioBook’s 4G connectivity, users can enjoy fast and uninterrupted internet access, whether at home or on the go JioBook is powered by JioOS, a user-friendly operating system designed to enhance creativity and productivity. According to the company, JioBook’s octa-core processor offers unmatched performance, allowing users to stream high-definition videos, multitask between applications, and run advanced learning software effortlessly. Equipped with a robust battery, JioBook promises to offer a full-day battery backup, enabling users to confidently carry the laptop wherever they go. Designed with portability in mind, the JioBook weighs just 990 grams, according to the company.

The JioBook, which debuted last year, featured an 11-inch HD+ display, a Snapdragon 665 chip, 2GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 32 GB of storage, JioOS, and a battery life of 6+ hours. It has a 2-megapixel front camera, 10W stereo speakers, and SIM support. On the connectivity front, it offers options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
