OnePlus is rolling out a new security patch update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and OnePlus 9RT smartphones. The respective firmwares are rolling out for both the devices bringing the November 2023 Android Security Patch. The Indian Variants of both the devices are receiving the firmware update.

OxygenOS 13 F.51 is rolling out for the OnePlus Nord CE 2, meanwhile the OxygenOS 13.1.0.593 is available for the OnePlus 9RT. Below is the official changelog of the updates on respective smartphones:
It is an incremental update, and may take some time to fully rollout on each unit of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and OnePlus 9RT. The users can manually check the update by heading to the System Settings > About > Check for Updates.
Especially for the users in India, Google Dialer offers an ability to report any bugs or issues by typing *#800#.
